Didn’t like breakfast and restaurant didn’t go with the vibe of the hotel so modern, stylish & relaxed. Also disappointed I had to pay an extra £30 in total for my luggage to be held ☹️

Location was perfect was fine for one night

Room smelt damp, had a suffocation feeling, toilet was weirdly high so felt uncomfortable. Fire alarm went off randomly and as a room with no windows this was slightly uncomfortable, Bathroom was basic, shower head needed changing as it’s got rust on it.

Hotel room wasn’t available to had to change to a different one and move everything in the morning in to a different room. Not enough toilet rolls provided Extortionate fee to store bags after checking out/in (£15 per item) which is by far the highest fee I’ve seen out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at.

There is a night club next door that has extremely loud music that is heard in our room on 2nd floor. Its bass was vibrating items in the room at 2am. The staff could not care less and essentially just tell you to put some earphones in and deal with it. Room amenities as basic as possible.

Chambres ne correspondaient pas à la réservation à savoir une chambre double et une chambre twin. Nous avons eu 2 chambres doubles. De plus, après changement de chambre, celle-ci se situait au dessus du bar avec de la musique jusqu’au bout de la nuit, le sol vibrait… Pas de ménage pendant 4 jours mais serviettes changées. Pas de brosse pour les toilettes. Pas de télévision. Personnels pas toujours à l’écoute, pas de geste commercial proposé après le problème de la chambre. Petit déjeuner très décevant dans ambiance saloon: choix limité, pas de sucré proposé (confiture, yaourt par exemple) jus d’orange=eau colorée, service très lent (jusqu’à une heure pour prendre le petit-déjeuner …), bref mieux vaut prendre un breakfast dans un des nombreux restaurants du quartier

There is a nightclub in the basement so I couldn’t sleep, hotel charges for luggage storage, for early check in, dont give up an adapter. Sink wasnt workint at my room, and the air from ac is cold whatever number u put. The worst experience ever

The breakfast is in the coyote ugly bar and was not great mostly due to the smell of a bar that was very much used.

No TV in the bedroom, other than a bed no other furniture in the room and no water or other beverages in the room

Additional costs! how is it ok to charge people £15 per bag for storage? Be wary of optional add-ons make this a very expensive option for what you’re getting.

The location was excellent! It was just what you needed , nice, cosy and simple!

Very convenient location. Rooms are basic but we knew that when booking. Staff were very friendly and ended up with a larger room than expected

Unfortunately, we had booked our room with breakfast but ended up not be able to have anything. The breakfast is served in the coyote ugly bar next door and after staff took our order, we waited 25 mins but nothing came. Asked a staff member who politely told us to wait as everything is freshly cooked to order. Then continue to see other families being seated and their food arriving before ours. After another 15 minute wait we couldn't wait anymore as we had booked excursions. So told the staff who apologised after realising he served our food to the wrong table. Wouldn't be put off from this however, as it was human error and these things happen.

Very nice and comfortable beds. Loved the lights and shower.

The room was dirty. The bed had been made, but they had not cleaned the room. The floor had been spilled on by previous guests and we found hair, rhinestones, dirt and dust everywhere. We told the staff and they said they were going to send up someone to clean our rooms again. When we came back 9 hours later, they still hadn’t cleaned it. We had to clean it ourselves.

El personal de la entrada se hicieron los tontos para sacarme 40 libras por llegar antes del chek -in cuando yo solo quería gastar 15 para dejar una maleta. Utilizaron la táctica de no te entiendo( en hotel tendría q estar obligado a sus empleados a conocer la segunda lengua más hablada del mundo) utilizamos inglés para comunicarnos pero se mueven por la comisión de todas estas “operaciones “….

When we arrived the checking in system was down and we were told to sit and wait, we got forgotten about I had to go keep speaking to someone. We had a really long day and needed to change to go meet people. Eventually someone let us in room but we still didn’t have a key. While we were waiting a guy did walk round giving out water bottles to everyone which was a nice touch. On way out I asked for a hairdryer which was £10, however when I sued it the next day it didn’t work I did tell reception and I wasn’t charged. But £10 for use of a rubbish hairdryer is a bit steep. Also I asked for dinner recommendations and got nothing the guys at desk couldn’t be bothered to think so left with nothing. The room was open when we arrived the receptionist thinks the cleaner had left it open by mistake but it was a bit odd as he then proceeded to lock himself in the room to get me to test the door from outside. There were hairs on sink when I went to use it and also when you lay on bed you could see the rim of the inside of toilet bowl which was mouldy so a bit gross to see when in bed. I get the concept and room and bed comfy. But just could have been a better stay.

Felt like a complete factory for sleeping in. Room wasn’t as advertised (a cosy “cocoon” with a timber sleeping nook). “Minimalist” is a generous word for sparse, no lamp, no bedside table. Very greedy company charging for things that are commonplace in other hotels such as hairdryers and luggage storage. Bed was uncomfortable.

Best sleep I have ever had in a hotel. It’s silent.

The matrasses were not very good, too soft, laying on the ground, not even a chair in the room. Very basic for the money. Room wasn’t really clean, the electricity didn’t work properly, only two usb ports worked, we couldn’t charge our devices.
