Openable door to let in fresh air so did not have to use air-conditioning all the time.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und auch Service. Zimmer sind angenehm groß und verfügen auch über einen kleinen Balkon. Dass man zwischendruch lüften konnte, haben wir sehr begrüßt. Netter Pool und Restaurant mit Holzveranda, was sehr gemütlich war. Gutes Angebot auf der Speisekarte und leckeres Essen. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Sehr begrüßt haben wir auch, dass die Facilities wie großer Pool und Fitness-Studio im nebenan gelegenen Hilton Hotel (Double Tree by Hilton) mit genutzt werden konnten. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an den gesamten Staff an der Rezeption und im Restaurant!

Was ich mir gewünscht hätte, wäre eine Dusche am hoteleigenen Pool.

Hotel has great location and the staff were really pleasant. Rooms were modestly done but did not take away from the rooms in anyway. Great value for money

It was very clean and comfortable

Honestly we couldnt fault it, We have been to Darwin many times and have now found the best hotel to suit all our needs. Location, cleanliness, 24/7 concierge if needed, laundry and gym facilities, Pool is at a perfect temperature to swim at any time of the day.

This is being very picky though but could be an issue with other customers... was one of the male bartenders doesn't now what a full glass of wine is or should be...

The location was great and it was decent for the price.

Very outdated hotel and not what I would consider “Hilton”. There was also a 21st birthday held in a very random space in the hotel, while we were swimming in the pool. Everyone was watching us swim and we had to walk through the party while we were dripping wet to get back to the room. It was just awkward.

Good location on the Esplanade and excellent buffet breakfast. Chef and staff did an exceptional job!

The location and staff - they were fantastic! Told them it was my partners bday and organised a card and a couple of beers for him 😊😊 so nice and thoughtful!!!

Recent refurb and lobby facilities good. Great friendly and helpful staff.

Hard to manage given the wet season and humidity but rooms were damp and lots of condensation from the aircon. Minor issue.

The room was fine and the beds comfortable.

Check out was at 12, we stayed until 7 and that cost us an extra day. The hotel at first denied we had breakfast included in our stay, I had to find the paper work to prove it.

Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, guter Service.

Die ständige Musik-Berieselung in der Lobby und Restaurant und auf der Terrasse und am Pool. Das ist Nötigung! Viel zu laut! Und wenn ich Musik hören will, dann stelle ich mir meine eigene an. Wieso muß ich mir den Musikgeschmack der Mitarbeiter oder irgendwelcher imaginierter Gäste aufzwingen lassen?

Excellent breakfast

The doors to the rooms made a loud bang when closing and woke me up a few times early in the morning when people were leaving the adjoining rooms

Great location.

It was really expensive but that may have been because the Darwin cup was on.

Room was comfortable and view was great.

Only breakfast options were full buffet or continental breakfast. We are vegetarian and these options didn't suit us - we would have liked to order one or two dishes a la carte.

The texts asking how everything was and wishing us well after were a nice touch. Check in and checkout was also very quick and smooth.

Great location on the esplanade. Lovely sunset and seaviews from the esplanade side. Nice to have opening doors onto the small balcony. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

On level 2 it felt like people walking on the street could see into my room, higher up levels would have been more private
