Very clean, comfortable and amazing value for money, parking available and easy access to city centre. Staff were very friendly, helpful and informative.

Shared bathroom not clean or with standard amenities, a male staff made me feel very uneasy as he seemed to try to to chat me up

We stayed until 11:30am which was half an hour late, the man told us check out is 10:00am so we are 2 hours late when I got home I checked what it says and booking.com because I was sure it was later than that and its actually 11:00am check out so he made us pay £20 late check out fee but it should have only been £10 as says on the hotels booking.com description. Then we also had to pay for parking which they told us £12 which is absolutly fine but why does it also say £5 on the description aswell? I think the description prices need updating or something?

I didn't enjoy my stay here infact I wanted to leave it was uncomfortable, dirty and not what I was expecting for the money so disappointed. My room was so dirty public hair and crumbs in my bed I was down graded so disappointed with the way this was managed

The parking was bad. Toilet had a blockage and they didn’t want to clear it. But to be fair they gave us an en-suite room upgrade for free so didn’t complain.

Room was better than expected.

Small issue with one of the door mechanisms. Nothing major.
