L'hotel est effectivement situé de facon idéal a el poblado et a proximité de l'aeroport Herrera (5min)
Les literie est trés bonne.
Le management et le personnel est totalement a revoir. Dans la nuit de mon arrivé je recois un message (me reveillant), m'informant que les données de ma CB ne sont pas bonne sur Booking et donc j'ai 6h pour remedier au problemes. Les données étaient bonne et comme par hasard en leur stipulant que je saisie le service client, ils ont pu prélever le montant. A plusieurs reprises ils m'ont confirmé que le transfer pour l'aeroport était organisé....arrivé personne a l'aeroprot. Personne ne répond au téléphone de l'hotel...arrivé pas un mot d'excuse (je parle couramment espagnol), pas un geste.
QUand au petit déjeuner, une catastrophe, rien en libre service on doit faire la queue (souvent accompagné de gens mal polie qui n'hesite pas a passer devant) ; pas de café a disposition, bref assez limité en tout rien au buffet.
On passera sur les dysfonctionement de la télé qui ne cesse de se rallumer quand on l'éteint...j'ai fini par tout débrancher...

A great location , the view
There’s no light in the bathroom, the breakfast is awful, they charged me for 2 bottles of water meanwhile I only drink one .. , only good things is there was an old lady as cleaning lady she was the best !

This was my second time coming to Medellin and this hotel has an amazing location in the heart of El Poblado and a two minute walk to Parque Lleras. The breakfast was really good and the staff were super friendly! The views from the rooftop, especially at night, were unreal!
The bed was a little firm for my preference, but that’s minor.

the wifi internet is so bad like you never use it, you need to go down to reception so u can make calls , from the room no Internet at all, also the refrigerator was locked the whole stay so I couldn’t buy water and keep it in the room

Very nice place to stay. Check in is easy in Spanish and English. Helpful and attentive staff, good breakfast and clean rooms. Located right in the middle of the Poblado neighborhood, very walkable. I would definitely stay there again. The Jacuzzi rooms are awesome.
Fitness room was very basic, not much for free weights, but still doable for a few days; short stay.

terrible soundproofing. in the room you can hear the whole street, and if you take the room inside the hotel you can hear every rustle at the reception. on the last night there, someone made a row and woke me up.

The property has a nice design and looks good on the pictures. However the mattresses are very low quality and hard and my back was aching and didn’t sleep well for 3 nights.
The lighting in the bathroom is insufficient if you’re trying to do your makeup or even have light in the shower.
Location is nice close to the fun nightlife of Medellin.
Breakfast is alright only, very limited choices and usually out of everything by 8.30-9 am.
The lady called Arianna who brings you the coffee is a sweetheart and very kind soul.

The room was comfortable and things worked well, hot water, the shower was good, there was a hairdryer.
The hotel does not have very good taste when it comes to decoration, it looks like an airport hotel. The area despite being in El Poblado is not in the quietest area, there are lots of prostitutes next to the hotel and there are always people asking for money at the door.
However, for us the worst was breakfast, it's not a buffet but it kind of wants to be a buffet, it's like "suspicious about how much you're going to eat". There's a glass separating the waitress and the food from the hotel guest, and it's the waitress who serves what you ask for. There is very little offer, bread, scrambled eggs, sausage, some bowls with fruit, fresa yogurt, cow's milk and two types of cereal. Literally this is it. My advice is to stop changing the guests towels every single day and invest a bit in the breakfast, better to put it on a menu that doing this "wanna be buffet".
Anyway, I have seen better options in El Poblado.

The hotel is super. Everyone working at the hotel is friendly and helpful, the reception, the security, the people at the breakfast, the people of the cleaning. I want to thank Génesis (from the reception) especially for taking the time to help me out with arranging an excursion. She is amazing, friendly and helpful.

I payed about $30 for the night in the week. The hotel is well localated at El Poblado. For the price I believe it fill the expectations. If you are looking something fancy, may be this not the place. However, I will totally recommend it for those who are looking something good relation price/value.
They told me that that turk bath could be used, I kept waiting for personal to turn it on, after i notified, never came.
