La ubicación del hotel al lado de un rio entre árboles y pequeñas cataratas es simplemente espectacular. Hermoso ambiente, jardines bien cuidados, el ambiente de un pequeño pueblo, con todas las amenidades, desde la comodidad de la habitación, baño enorme con jacuzzi, buen restaurante, áreas de lectura, juego, descanso, personal muy amable y acceso a baños termales a 3 minutos a pie.

Me hubiera gustado quedarme mas tiempo.

El servicio espectacular. Todos muy amables. Podrían considerar tener una rara para niños.

Que la piscina esté cerca a la laguna 🤗

Everything is perfect!

The property is beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious! We enjoyed the room especially the beautiful bathrooms. We even used the fireplace and built a lovely fire to make it nice and cozy. The alpacas were awesome to see and help feed.

Some of the furniture in the chalet was dated and stained as well as the dining tables and chairs in the restaurant.

Good location right next to the river. A bit hard to get there if you have your own car. Good breakfast and very friendly staff.

The hot water did not work in the morning. Had to take the shower in a different room.

I didn’t like that we weren’t met at the gate to help with bags. the reception was no help, and we had to carry heavy luggages down this steep driveway as our taxi is not allowed into the property. Also, I did not appreciate getting charged 18% tax when I am clearly a tourist with US passport. They changed me 18% for room and for the restaurant! They would not waive the fee.

It was perfect! 10/10
