location is good and staff are friendly

the sky tv was not great for westerners viewing

The hotels is closer to Nusa Dua Hotel which made it easy to move about. Aircon, water worked well , also the cleaning team showed up in good time and did a good Job. Staff were helpful at the reception and some understood English better. Staff was generally smart. Also loved the security which was there and i was able to reach out to some local eateries and enjoy your traditional food.

The TV wasn't clear and dominated by local channels, the breakfast could have been a little better, i expected English breakfast with a Sausage or something but things improved when fried rice became part of the menu. The Coffee wasn't hot/warm throughout. Also alot of young people smoking within the restaurant area wasn't pleasant. In the evening you lost a big business opportunity, you should have been preparing a variety of foods at reduced rate, improve the lighting, organise some music and traditional dances so that we could always something to look up to in the evening at the hotel, remember you had foreigners visiting for a short time and you could have done better in showcasing your culture but also entertain them while they eat and rest and long days in the meeting rooms. ( I have been generous enough to tell you all this)
