I really enjoyed everything,starting with the comfort of the room then the excellent breakfast and finally the most important the kindness and helpfulness of Mr Mohamed at the reception.

Convenient location

The hotel and the room are very clean and it looks very nice for the price I paid. The staff is really kind and helpful. The breakfast is basic but enough to get you going for the morning.

Het Noise in the hotel. Especially in the late evening. People are just standing in the hall ways of the room laughing and speaking very loudly. Doors were being slammed. It might have been just this once but it wasn't a nice experience.

They helped with the parking which was hard to find and very limited

The most i liked was the typical turkish style room. Beautiful. It were 2 rooms; 1 livingroom with comfortable seats and a sleepingroom. Very clean, perfect breakfast buffet, friendly staff. The lady behind the counter speaks english well and helps you where ever she can. The 3 stars are worth it.

The location was not so near to the busstation as it looked like. With the taxidrivers you have to bargain hard to get a descent price. It is located IN istanbul, so when you open your window, there are the sounds of a busy city

Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Great location in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful park and picturesque mosque. The rooms are spotless, well decorated and equipped. They are exceptionally well maintained and cared for. Breakfast is a sumptuous buffet, plentiful with everything you’ll ever need and more. But the most outstanding quality of the hotel is their service. The staff went above and beyond the duties. They help to accommodate my travel arrangements, organised local transport and even changed currencies for me. I wish I could have stayed longer. If you are looking to stay in this area you cannot go past the Bayrampasa Grand Hotel Seferoglu. Best wishes for the future to all of you. Kind Regards. Roland

There is nothing I can think of at all

The breakfast was truly good, the room was extremely clean, the personnel were really helpfull!

There was no balcony for smokers but it was possible to smoke inside.

Very helpful and obliging staff. Quiet location close to the bus station for the next morning.

Good prise, good location. The hotel locates away from the tourist spots. Convenient, many cafes, metro station nearby/ Very frendly stuff

Smoking in rooms. My room kept the smell of tobacco.
