Their staff is very professional and welcoming. Rooms are very clean. Very quiet room. Location is quite central. All in all a very positive expierence.

Food could be better. Please be aware that this i a dry hotel (no alcohol).

Everything was great, the service was top notch and everybody was respectful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the area is great. There is a alsi a very good and cheap restaurant close by if the(very great) breakfast is not enough.

We left the room at 2pm, I realized that I had forgotten my earrings in the bathroom. I go to the reception a few hours later, the receptionist tells me that they are going to check because the room is not occupied again. I go back to them and they tell me they didn't find anything (even though between us and that moment there was no one occupying the room, only the cleaning man who did his job). We had to insist that the hotel manager come to meet us. He called the cleaning man who had cleaned our room and ask him to come to the hotel. I had to go to the airport to get my flight. Surprisingly, the manager sent me a message once he saw the cleaning man and told me that they had found my earrings. He told that he had forgotten them on his trolley, but the receptionist had checked it before and found nothing on it! The cleaning man had just stolen my earrings. No one sent my earrings back, the hotel told me that the post service cannot send gold earrings. What a beautiful lie and what a shame.

The location is good, that it is close to METRO. But was hard to find the restaurants around for lunch. The breakfast was OK, but too crowded and elevators are too busy at peak times (waiting period for elevator 10-15 min, even more if you are a big family). Room was good, but balcony was dirty and the balcony door was hard to open and door was behind the sofa, that makes it uncomfortable. Pool area looks much bigger and better on photos, but actually it is not that good.

Pool area is not comfortable. Balcony doors are not easy to open. Elevators are too busy at peak times and breakfast time hard to find the tables sometimes

What I like was that this hotel.is in the city , close to amenities

The food does not worth value for money, no varieties, we have to wait for harsh brown for over 30mins before being served. Our bath tub paint was peeling off on our feet as we bath , very disgusting. And the shower had scale so you cant really get a full shower in the bath. Most of the food are served very cold, on ome occassion I had to complain that the rice was so cold and very hard /dry. This hotel is not well looked after compared to others. I am very dissapointed by the overall service. Staff were nice to us though.

Staff were excellent. Pool was very nice. Sauna and steam room included. Fresh waters, coffee, tea every day. New towels and sheets when requested. Tiled floor in the bedroom was excellent. Not far from the Metro but I didn't use it as the Taxis were fairly cheap. Lobby area looked amazing.

Breakfast needs improving. The overall layout was really poor compared with the rest of the Hotel. The food selection was better in the other hotels I stayed in. You can order an omelette which was good. Coffee was the worst I have tasted in a long time. Sauna and steam room needs redecorating now! Sauna seats very bad, steam room smelled mouldy. They let the overall look but at least you could use them :) You waited for the Lifts at the busy time but that is the same with most Hotels I think. Beds were a bit hard. Used old fashioned mini shower gels/shampoo - would be better and more responsible to have refillable larger ones.

amazing stay, very nice staff! very helpful and nice guys working on reception Sinan and Noilton. Gonaa was also very nice and helpful, providing us with taxi quickly. well location amazing, near train station.
