لم يعجبني الفرش والاثاث والغرف صغيرة جدا وكانت الغرفة مزدوجة حيث كان جاري مزعج جدا

Great location. Very clean and comfortable modern property. Staff is very friendly and very responsive. In particular YUKI. She is super fast with check in and extremely friendly and cooperative

Rooms and bathrooms though small but very well designed to make you feel comfortable

Миленький отель. Приветливый персонал. Быстро решали все наши вопросы. Убирались чисто. Постельное бельё в прекрасном состоянии. Завтраки мне понравились. Достаточно всего, чтоб быть сытым. Не смотря на то, что отель у трассы, в нашем номере было тихо. Не закрывался сейф, но нам он и не нужен был. Думаю, если б обратились, его бы сделали сразу. Бассей на крыше довольно большой, вода тёплая. Море далековато, но нам и не важно это было. Минут 40 с ребёнком с большим удовольствием мы прогуливались до пляжа. Пляж чистый , рядом с Бурдж аль Араб

Такого нет. Всё было замечательно. Так как у отеля проходит дорога дублёр, боялась, что в 5 утра не смогу поймать такси в аэропорт, но постояли минут 5 и такси заехало. Так что всё отлично

ازعاج النادي الليلي في نصف الفندق الغرف بعيدة عن المصاعد كمية هنود لاتحصى لوجود صالة مناسبات تناسبهم

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Surtout Kamal qui parle le français merci à lui pour son professionnalisme.

La navette que propose l’hôtel, les horaires pour aller à la plage 11h retour 15h45 une seul destination la plage public à côté du burj al Arab et on Mall. Dommage on avait choisi l’hôtel pour la Navette. PAS TERRIBLE !!!!!

Lovely room and great food.

The quality of the accommodation totally exceeded our expectations. The staff were attentive and gave excellent service throughput the hotel. The standards of cleanliness were impeccable and the daily room cleaning and bed make up were beyond reproach. Although the hotel is located right next to a six lane highway this did not impact on our room with regards to noise due to the excellent sound insulation. The location of the hotel is very convenient for all areas of the city. The staff in all areas of the hotel were exceptional and they all gave us a warm welcome and exceptional service. We rented car during our stay and the hotel offered valet parking the cost of which was included in the room price.

There was nothing to dislike.

Staying here for the second time. Staff, food, facilities - everything is fine. The hotel located in a calm place, there is a beach, a grocery/alcohol story and a metro station nearby; overall, the district is good for evening promenades.

Fly in the ointment was the 2nd floor of the hotel - living here you may hear machines (boiler, air conditioning) working on the roof. Mechanical sounds periodically turning on and off may drive you mad if you are sensitive to such things. It should be noted that we were moved to another room on the 1st floor when we reported this problem, and there was no disturbing noise anymore. So ask for a room on the 1st floor if you want a real silent room.
