We were arriving in Shreveport to spend a week with our Daughter and her family when electrical power for the area went out. Had to quickly find a place for them and us to stay for the night (the heat/humidity was brutal, and they have a toddler). Were able to book Home2Suites at the last minute. Was pricey, but otherwise very nice.

The fire alarm went off but there was never any explanation of why or what happened

The hotel was surprisingly nice. The staff was very kind and helpful. The sheets were wonderful which added to a very comfortable bed!

Bedrooms are big. We are family of five and all of us had a good bed to relax. Breakfast is good, but could have more fruits. Staff are helpful and nice.

Excellent facility

It’s a superb new hotel + terrific staff! The only downsides were 1) it was tough (super heavy; not easy/natural) opening the room door and 2) a happy but super-loud child on my floor woke me with a startle soooo early this morning and then never got back to sleep. Oops!
