This place was amazing! Location was fantastic. 7 of us stayed here comfortably. Place was clean and parking was great as well. Alan (host) gave us a tour of the place and couldn’t have been a better host. He recommended restaurants and places to see. Easily one of the top places we’ve stayed.

The property was clean, very well stocked and the location was perfect for us.
It was a bit challenging to access the porch as the only access is thru one of the "bedrooms".
We were surprised to find out at check-in that the host has a suite in the unit. VRBO advertises host free homes and this was a surprise to us as it's not in the listing.
Alan was very respectful of our space and we did not run into him during our stay. He has indicated he will be updating his listing so this does not happen to others.
Overall the property is very nice. Alan was quick to respond to all of our needs.

The place was great, as advertised. What we weren't expecting was the owner of the property has a suite in the basement and stayed there while we were occupying. I didn't think VRBO allowed that.

It was in a good area from downtown and it was nice having everyone in one space.

Alan was a wonderful host though I was not expecting to have him living on the premises, the listing did not make that clear. A couple of improvements would be less personal items, family photos and such and a booklet of house instructions rather than post it notes . The home was fully stocked for anything you might need and was very clean. It was convenient for us visiting family to the west and east of Edmonton.

Amazing stay in a very well appointed, clean house with a wonderful owner!! This house has everything you need from a huge deck to hang out on, a hot tub, and lots of room (and beds). Check in and out process was flawless….kind of like the whole stay!

This VRBO is very nice. I would highly recommend. Allan is very accomidating. The location to downtown is very convenient, short 20 minute walk.

My 3 sisters and I (from 4 different cities) had a wonderful long weekend here. We were able to reconnect after 4 years and this was the perfect location. We enjoyed the large living space and still each had our own bedroom when we needed quiet time — couldn’t have asked for more. Alan was a great host and made everything so easy. I would highly recommend this spot.

We stayed for two nights with 5 adults, 3 teens and 2 toddlers. More than enough room for everyone. Place was clean, homey and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, near everything we went to including a park for the kids. Clean as well. Host was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a family trip.

Alan was an amazing host! He was very accommodating with anything we needed… brought toys down for our kiddos. The house was extremely comfortable for our party of 6 and a pup! We will definitely stay here again!!!

Great property. Everything was well maintained and labeled. Lots of room for families especially with kids. Nice deck area and private hot tub space. Owner was super responsive and accommodating. Would recommend!

Easy to get just about anywhere in Edmonton. Beautiful home is stunning area. This property was the most well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms that we have ever rented. Host is very responsive. Highly recommend.

House was perfect for our short family vacation in Edmonton. The place was immaculate and it felt warm and friendly. Kitchen had everything we needed and it was a pleasure to cook and dine in the kitchen or on the deck.
The 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms gave us lots of space to spread out and the living room and deck were great gathering places.
Location was fantastic and our host Alan went above and beyond. Would recommend this house as a perfect place for a group or family to have a wonderful stay in Edmonton.

We rented this property for a girls weekend away.
It slept all 4 of us comfortably, and could have slept more.
The house and property have such an amazing character-the pictures in the listing do not do it justice!
Everything was clean and well set up. There are directions and notes left for anything you may need.
Alan was very quick to respond to any necessary questions, and was a wonderful host.
It’s in a very nice, quiet neighborhood close to anywhere you may want to go ($15 Uber to whyte Ave, $10 to downtown).
We loved our stay and will be back in the future!

This house is in one of the most elegant and a very historic area of Edmonton, and was an exquisite representation of such. The rich color of the hardwood floors throughout are not only breathtaking but very homey and comfotingingly earthy.
The generosity of appointments and supplies was wonderful, even if not needed for the most part. One of the little things that was just fantastic was the multi-pack of spare toothbrushes in the main bathroom. This is a host that knows how to host!
I do not have a single thing that I can think of to comment as a "con" on this listing,and am already speaking with friends on booking it again for our next group excursion to Edmonton.

Six of us met in Edmonton for a weekend get together and found this property to perfectly fit all of our needs! Alan was in touch the whole time and easy to get ahold of. His house is nicely laid out, well stocked, and well labelled. We only needed to sleep the six of us but easily could have had more comfortably! The location gave us easy access to Jasper Ave and we found great restaurants and entertainment close by. Any one of us would choose this location again if ever we are staying in Edmonton!!

Our girls getaway of 6 middle aged ladies was absolutely fantastic thanks to staying in this well appointed home away from home.
The kitchen is outfitted beyond our expectations, the linens feel nice, the sofas are cozy and comfy for reconnecting with friends and the outdoor space is very beautiful and comfy too.
Check in and out was smooth and easy. The entire home is meticulously clean and fresh.
I would definitely stay again with my girlfriends and would recommend it to anyone looking for a large beautiful accommodation where the owner takes pride in caring for the property and ensuring his guests are fully satisfied.

Everything was just as expected! The house was perfect for our clan and Alan was an amazing host! Helpful and friendly and easy to contact. We used the outdoor space a lot and it was well cared for and lovely with plants and great seating. There was lots of space for our 4 little groups so we had privacy plus good spaces to gather in. The kitchen was well equipped and was perfect for our get together.
The location is very central and it was easy to make short trips for groceries, restaurants and parks. We had a great stay!
We will definitely be back!.

We really liked the property….location excellent close to downtown and Edmonton attractions. On arrival the house was spotlessly clean lots of space for all the family..particularly liked the outside decking area. Alan was a generous and helpful host.

Absolutely top notch VRBO in Edmonton not to be missed!
My husband, myself and our two yellow Labs stayed at Alan’s home for June and July while looking for our own home to buy.
Alan takes great pride in his home inside and out. When he’s not out golfing or cycling he’s puttering around cutting the grass, pruning bushes, watering flowers and generally ensuring his yard is pristine. His home is lovely with everything you could possibly need to start your vacation. The highlight for us was the rooftop deck/porch where we spent time playing board games with our adult children and grandchild. We often ate our meals up there as it was cooler and quiet. The neighbourhood is great for walking dogs and getting into the city quickly. Overall this is the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at and we’ve stayed at quite a few. You will not be disappointed!! Alan is a great guy with an easy smile and a laid back attitude. Enjoy!

The very nice home owner, Alan, thinks of everything you could possibly need…and then some.
A lovely home that includes an upper deck oasis. large fenced yard, fire pit, extra room that we used as a board games room, large living and dining room, great kitchen, hot tub …
The home is spotless, the beds are comfortable, the towels and linen good quality, and the kitchen has all the gadgets you will need.
Glenora is a lovely neighbourhood to walk your dogs and across 102 Avenue you can access trails down to the river but you can also wander the streets looking at mansions.
Great location to restaurants downtown or the west end of Edmonton.
The home is simply perfection.

We highly recommend this property. The house was clean and roomy and Alan was great to work with.
We rented this property for our daughters wedding. The bride and her girls joined us here, it was perfect for the morning activities of hair and makeup and a very quick ride to the Foundry Room. Alan was really great to work with, checking in a few times to make sure all is good.

Great place in a great location
My family and I had booked Alan's place to watch the world junior hockey games. Sadly we did not get to see many of them but we stayed and found lots of other great things to explore very close to the property. Science world, rogers arena, and west ed mall are all very short drives away.
