Eravamo in 4 e arrivati in camera c’era solo un letto matrimoniale, al check in ci ha espressamente chiesto quanto fossimo e dopo abbiamo dovuto pagare il supplemento per il letto

Неплохие завтраки, хорошее расположение недалеко от метро.
Отношение персонала не очень дружелюбное. Работник ресепшена вначале хотел взять дополнительную оплату за ребёнка, но я возразила, что это было учтено при бронировании, и он согласился.
Когда мы выезжали, оказалось что обещанного трансфера в аэропорт нет, потому что вылетали с Терминала 2, а у них трансфер только в Терминалы 1 и 3. Я хотела вызвать убер, цена за проезд была максимум 25 дирхам, но работник ресепшена сам вызвал нам такси и когда я рассчитывалась , с меня взяли 80 дирхам! Когда вызывают такси, обычно согласовывают цену с клиентом, что в отеле не посчитали нужным сделать.
Сам отель уже достаточно старый. Больше туда не вернемся.

Room was very spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Staff were prompt with Check In, helpful, courteous and friendly. The hotel is quite close to the airport and offers a Shuttle Service to and from Dubai airport every 40 minutes. However, taking a taxi is a good option if you are short on time, inexpensive taxi ride due to proximity to the airport.
Great Hotel option in Dubai, would stay here again.

The location is excellent, being very close to the airport.
The way they make you pay immediately for everything e.g. room service. It took the fun out of staying in a hotel. Why I couldn't just pay at the end of my stay?

The staff was welcoming, the room was tidy and spacious, and having a complimentary shuttle service was a delightful extra touch!
Locating the shuttle at the airport proved challenging, given the absence of any signage to identify it.

Breakfast was excellent. Location is excellent!
Repair/maintenance works at 2am, I couldn't sleep, I had to call reception to request immediate stop of night works! Although I specifically requested silent room, I got a room on the top of the tower, there was continuous noise (probably due to ventilation system).

Close to the airport
Staff gave me a room which was already occupied and i almost walked into the room. Then gave me two seperate beds when i request single king. At 12am this was not really appreciated.

For individuals like myself, who prioritize early sleep and are sensitive to noise, the live music by the pool can be a disturbance, especially if one's room overlooks this lively area. This aspect, while minor to some, is significant for guests seeking peace in the evenings.
Additionally, the breakfast selection, while good, suffers from a lack of labeling, making it challenging to identify the various types of bread and pastries available. Also, the toaster machine seemed outdated and inadequate for the breakfast crowd, leading to unnecessary waits.

It was disappointed that they change all room to non smoking rooms … i used to stay a lot in millennium airport as i like it… but to go down every time to smoke and drink it’s annoying to smokers … i hope they reconsider that

Nice buffet, same everyday though
We booked 3 rooms and our comrade stayed 10nights, (#330), however, on the last day he was kicked out by Gangs from Reception. His flight was delayed and he wanted late check-out till 10:30pm.. No remorseful explanation was given, not even giving an option of additional fee to stay till 10:30pm. He remains disgruntled.

Just a stone throw distance to the airport. Good for a long layover and you need to rest. Breakfast was ok. Beds were comfies.
Shower for my room was clogged, slow to drain. Hopefully that will be fixed. I have to use the shower in the bath tub.

Good spacious quiet room, strong wifi, excellent reception staff, good restaurant options and little minimart convenience store in hotel. The gym is absolutely first class. The pool is large and nice temperature and clean. Hotel close to public transport and taxis instantly available. Excellent health spa on site.

The swimming pool was closed for repair but it it only temporarily.
