Rooms were excellent, exactly as in the photos, everything worked and was well kept. The staff were so so friendly and truthfully we didn't want to leave. The location was perfect and we were lucky to get the balcony. We are already planning another visit and would happily stay here again.

We had no complaints, only that we couldn't stay longer but this was our poor planning.

Air conditioning didn’t work, clicking noise all night that caused us to not be able to sleep. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable

Decor of the room was spectacular and the reason we booked the hotel (we wanted typical 'old' Venetian style. I had said it was my husband's special birthday and we were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco and petals on the bed. The location was great, quiet and close to ferry stops and seemed to be quite close to everywhere we needed to be. Breakfast was lovely, continental with boiled eggs and great quality produce. The best mention has to be for the staff who were so helpful and friendly, with a special mention to Lia who was wonderful. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel with a romantic flavour.

Not much! Hooks in the bathroom for toiletry bags and the bathrobes. And possibly more hangers in the wardrobe. Only nit picky stuff though. We couldn't get the air con to work, despite asking at reception, but it wasn't that warm so we ended up leaving it off. Mini-bar was a nice touch, but we would have loved tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Great hotel in the amazing location stone throw from vaparetto stop and short walk to St Mark’s square. Room was spacious and tasteful, facilities modern and staff knowledgeable about location and sightseeing. Galina on thé reception was great, loads of information and willingness to help. I strongly recommend this property.

didn’t look anything like the pictures… room was tiny with no air conditioning and so many mosquitoes and we got bitten terribly… we spoke to the owner and he just shrugged his shoulders!
