Two story accommodations were excellent in a very nice area. Very clean and had every accomadation to make your stay enjoyable. Check in and out process a breeze and managment was a plesure to work with. Great location to visit attractions in Waco. Highly recommended!

I try to stay here whenever I come to Waco - the ease of seeing our student, attending campus events, and parking cannot be matched. The apartment is comfortable and quiet. We eat all of our meals there, and enjoy utilizing the fully equipped kitchen.

This property could not have been more perfect for my stay to visit my child at Baylor!! I knew I wanted to cook for my child’s friends and so I asked the property manager prior to my visit if they had certain items and they made sure they were there. The side patio, with beautiful lighting and 2 large tables, was perfect for a beautiful group family style Italian dinner buffet!!! The property was clean, adorably decorated, and was in a fabulous location!! While I was there I had the opportunity to share the link with other parents as I was thrilled with my choice. I look forward to staying at this property many times over the upcoming years👍🏻

Despite the many glowing reviews, the property is out of date and needs a fair amount of refurbishment. We experienced both electric and plumbing problems during our stay. There are electric heaters mounted in walls in several bathrooms. One of them was pulled partially away from the wall (one corner out less than an inch). While that’s not a problem, it seemed to have a short. Both people using that bath got shocked by simply touching the heater - and there’s no apparent way to disconnect or remove power from it. The plumbing was a major issue (to the point of having VRBO contact the property manager to address the problem). Specifically, the drains were running slowly when we arrived and became completely clogged to the point the toilets backed up into tubs/showers (sorry a bit disgusting). On the plus side, Elmer, the property owner, was able to get it taken care of the next day. Normally I’d say it was just bad timing; however, a review from a few months before stated they also experienced plumbing and electrical problems (it seems unlikely these were new problems). Additionally, the steps to the deck on one side of the house seemed to be unsafe from wood rot - we decided it was best to avoid using the deck on that side of the house. A couple of other minor things that kind of bothered us: - the available washer & dryer is in the owner’s part of the house so it’s necessary to coordinate/get permission to do laundry. - the house interior was ‘over decorated’ to the point we had no reasonable place to place our own items (computers/games/ etc.). - door from the dining area to the deck (the ‘safe’ side) sticks and is very difficult to open. - could have been a little cleaner (cobwebs on light fixtures, a little bit of dust on surfaces) On the plus side, the property is very large/spacious. Also, Elmer (resident homeowner) is a very nice/friendly man and seems to want you to have a pleasant stay.

We had a great time in Waco. The house is just a mile from downtown and ironman race. It met our needs perfectly and was very comfortable.
