A hotel connected right to the Shin-Osaka station, for the visiting tourist that wishes to explore Osaka and nearby cities, it is perfect. We arrived at Shin-Osaka by shinkansen and were able to find the signs pointing us to remm soon enough. After taking the elevator to the 12th floor where the reception is located, we were warmly greeted and assisted by staff for the quick and smooth check-in process by machine. The room was quite tight, but still sufficiently big for one large and one medium-sized luggage. The room has an interesting space-efficient layout, with a bathroom sporting big windows with a spectacular view towards the city centre that also double as a source of daylight for the room itself. The room itself was very clean and the hotel has taken several nice environmental measures, such as giving the guest the option to opt for no-cleaning or eco-cleaning on any given day. If visiting Osaka and making lots of use of public transport, this hotel is a huge recommendation if you simply need a neat place to shower, unwind and sleep after a busy day out and about. The availability of a small fridge allowed us to keep some drinks and snacks from the konbini cooled for the next day, which was very useful to us.

While there were two bars to hang towels and clothes on in the bathroom, extra hooks would have been ideal to make it a little bit easier to organize things and hang additional items when needed. But overall not a huge problem.

Located in the Shin-Osaka train station, so very convenient for an overnight when traveling. Not great if you want to stay to visit Osaka.

They did not have bottles of water in the room and the tap water tasted funny. The breakfast was in a restaurant in the train station that was not very good at all. Extremely tiny room for a couple to share!

Remm Hotel Shin Osaka is an ultra modern hotel within the Shin Osaka railway complex. It is a convenient choice for travellers arriving by long-distance train and the location makes any part of Osaka just a metro ride away. The automated touch screen self check-in/check out manages to defeat itself, where terminals are outnumbered by staff needed to operate the system. The clean tiny rooms are almost too well equipped (cluttered) with gadgets and buttons. We stayed in mid winter with sub-zero external temperatures and a room temperature closer to the Sahara. Hotel management provided an English guide for the ventilation controls but we still couldn’t make any adjustments. The very minimalist lighting makes navigating the dark spaces hard and there is very limited room for luggage and hanging clothes, but the shower room with a view across the city is a bonus.

La habitacion era un zulo, muy muy pequeña, no me pareció correcta para una pareja y menos con maletas. No puedes abrir la maleta pk no hay sitio. A pesar de que dijimos que ibamos de luna de miel nos dieron una habitacion minuscula.

Location is good and easy accessible. The massage chair was good and thoughtful for the guess after a tiring day.

The room is too small n no space for luggage. Some alternative should be considered. Should provide a bigger rubbish bin in the toilet. The pillows are too small n low. More fluffy n higer pillows to be considered.

Small room but everything is functionally and practically arranged. Very clean room and lovely shower to help you relax. This is our revisit since the last one over 5 years ago, everything is being well maintained and looks like new.

No coffee provided but tea lovers will like it as they provide plenty of choices for tea.

The location is right inside Osaka station and easy to find as there's a big sign pointing towards the entrance. The room itself is pretty small (as expected for Japan), but the view from the room is very nice. The room was clean and had a modern feel to it.

Incredible location - right inside the Osaka JR station - and generally a fine albeit unexciting hotel.

The room is on the smaller side (though average for Japan) and had one of the smaller bathrooms compared to other hotels we stayed in. Still, it's hard to beat for location.

The location is perfect. Just at the exit of the Shin Osaka Station. Very easy to take the train and subway. There is a food court at the B1, tons of great restaurants that closed at 11pm. I was worried about the noise because of its location. Actually, it very quite after closed the window. You barely hear the subway/train noise.

Don't set high expectation on the massage chair. and the room space is very typical Japanese hotel size. If you are a family with kid, it may not be your choice.

The place is inside Shin-Osaka station so it is very convenience.

It was raining when I arrived at the station from KIX and I was so pleased to note that I could access the hotel directly from the station without exiting and getting caught in the rain. The hotel seemed new and well kept. Rooms were small, but we were there for one night in transit so that was fine. The massage chair in our room was a nice touch and the bathroom had a shower and tub.

We could not open the windows and the airconditioning took a while to navigate and turn up so it was stuffy for a while before it finally cooled down.
