Smoking room could be larger…it can be too crowded at times.

スタッフが親切で、部屋が思っていたよりも広く、バス・トイレ別で使いやすかった。 場所が駅を出てすぐなので、とても便利で助かった。

宿泊した部屋からは、スカイツリーの上の方が見えたが、もうちょい見えるのかと勝手に期待していただけに少しだけ残念だった。 細かいところで、浴室のパッキンの汚れがたまたま目に付いてしまい、気になったが、それ以外はとても清潔で綺麗だった。

Breakfast it's amazing, you have a lot of different options, and for me personally a lot of healthy food. Maybe I would choose a different area next time, but that's because of my personal needs and interests, the location is fantastically connected to the metro and the metro station is right in front of the hotel. Stuff is very kind, they are always available and they helped me with everything that i need. Room is very clean, they tidy up on every second day and i have amazing view on the city!

I don't have bad experience that i would mention.

The room and staff were great. The hotel was in close proximity to the Skytree. The breakfast at the Sizzler restaurant was nice, too.

I mistakenly used the sauna, when it was being renovated; If there were a sign on the door or close to the door, that might be helpful.

I help my friends to book this hotel. The guest are not easy going guest but they don't have any complains about this hotel. So I think it services is good.
