Hotel is wonderful but they charge me almost 10 OMR extra while checking in, they informed me munispalty tax and tourism tax is not including and now total charges will be more.

Excellent hotel with ,extremely clean & comfortable room. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody specially to those who needs to go to OMAN EXHIBITION CENTER AS THEY'RE VERY CLOSE TO THAT ARE. t's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again a'sinamar management for going just that little step extra for the guest.

I came from Qatar to visit my family one of my friends recommend this hotel for me seriously it was beyond my expectations the room was spotless, very helpful staff the price was ok differently I will come back

the hotel is very close to the AIRPORT and to OMAN CONVENTION CENTER that’s why I highly recommend to stay to this hotel.
the hotel location is very accessible and near to those famous tourist spots in muscat.
the management and the staff was so great they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. one more thing their rooms were clean, very comfortable and the design was very modern. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Muscat oman.

The staff were friendly
The bedding and towels weren't clean. The room could be much better with a bit of cleaning.

Cleanliness
Hotel restuarnt is very good and reasonable priced. Caffè is very helpful and hask tasty cappuccinos.
There were only one cooking vesel, 2 cups, 2 glasses ,1 tea spoon , no washing liquid and no hand washing or dish washing liquid available. It's no use for us to buy any of those which we travelled only for 2 days far away from duqum ( 550km ) from muscat.
Small bed room , apartment is smaller comparing to most i have been to.
We stayed at lavatio apartments where all were provided for the less apartment rate.
Water bottles only 2 bottles provided a day.. not enough for 2 people with this extreme weather 43 degrees outside.

Met and welcomed by the owner of the hotel whilst in the lobby.
The receptionist arranged for a PCR test to be done at the hotel. Well done and convenient.
