Hopeless hotel with multiple payment cheating along with booking. Com

I liked Nothing at all.

The owner of the hotel is a scammer, my booking tariff was Rs 1400 but when I reached there he charged me 2000 and he said " itna dena hai tho do warna kahi aur chale jaao" because he knew I'm not from Gujarat aur itni late kahi aur arrange nhi kar sakta isliye majboori ka fayda uthaya us thug ne.

Wrong information given in booking . Com Firstly booking says OYO will take payment charge as soon as I confirmed on booking I received payment link from OYO and I made the full payment after making the payment I did not get confirmation. From OYO they disappeared and still I kept getting mail that to confirm ur room make payment that also after making payment. When I reached the hotel they cannot find the booking for almost 1 hour I selected room which showed 2 large king bed and I was given single large bed room I had clearly mentioned we are 4 ppl. How unprofessional. Never expected this kind of service from booking. Com I completely lost faith in u by providing this king of substandard hotel. I made rest of my bookings from make my trip
