The location is near the downtown but unfortunately there is no road for about 100 m from the hotel you need to drive slowly. Siraj and the cleaners were nice yo us only.

There is one staff his name Wasim, he was unfortunately unfriendly and not helpful at all, in the flat at the beginning there was no additional bed for the although we mentioned the number of the family in bookings, he just gave a flat mattress for the kid and he refused give another one when we asked, he also refused to give us additional towel , also when we asked for more water he said that’s what you get for the whole stay - means 4 bottles for 2 nights- imagine!!

the spacious were big and good.

the main room bathroom was leaking water from the roof for two days until it fixed. the living room has other bathroom and the smell were bad. the cooking utensils had smell and l dont think were good enough to cook with. the location also is hard to find. sometimes construction sites near the building makes very loud noises and cant sleep.

Since the very first moment I didn't like it, because nothing mentioned in descrof the location. It is situated in the abounded area, without any facilities or public transport. To get anywhere from that place you have to call the taxi. The manager convinced me to stay by any means, even provided bigger apartments. But finally there were a lot of problems. Cleaning in room was poor, hot water supply always was a lottery, always cigarettes smel presented on the floor and noone could do anything about it. There were a lot of burn spots of cigarets in the room as well. I have tried to negotiate with manager about checkout but he was not agreed for refund. Even I paid a cash and refund was not a problem in such cases in yhe pust. But here creedy manager wanted to have everything and do nothing. So by the cheaters from this place vacation turned to disappointment. I don't recommend you guys this place. If you don't like it you will never get your money back. But the memories will be ruined as well.
