We had 4 adults and 2 young children. The location was so nice. The kids loved the pool on top of the building. It was so nice to have the two separate rooms with 2 baths and washer and dryer. The kitchen had all we needed and it was a close walk to the restaurants.

Very impressive, clean, enough space and sleeping arrangements for 4-6 people. walking distance to the beach, restaurants, roof-top pool area nice. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was excellent. The rooms were well sized, the furniture was comfortable & there was an amazing balcony & rooftop pool. Very close to the beach & all the popular bars. I would definitely come back.

Miami is one of my favorite city to visit. i have been renting condos all this time but never was a scammed before. This unit was lusted 3 bedrooms on the VRBO site that is why i have rented. we were 6 People and a kid. I have rented 3 bedrooms unit but when we went to the unit surprisingly there were only 2 bedrooms. we could not get nowhere with the manager about the problem of supposed to be 3 bedrooms. She blamed on VRBO site we called VRBO they said that they have nothing to do the add unit posts on their platform. I had to rent a room next door hotel sleeping away from my family. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

This is a great place to stay if you are in town and the property location is simply unbeatable! Pretty much across the street from beach access, within walking distance to all the south beach main attractions and very comfortable accommodations.

The location of the property is hands down one of the best. Convenience store & liquor store are a block away, beach is across the street, great restaurants all around... On top of that the condo itself was very roomy and well equipped, check-in and check-out were a breeze. Uber was a 20 minute breeze to the airport and drivers were always extremely quick to pick up. This beats the hotels in the area by a long shot!

The condo was just as described and worked perfectly for our needs. A couple of points to be aware of: the a/c in the bedrooms is terrible - we were very hot every night but the main room was nice and cool; the office where you check in is not at the actual location but down on the corner, and you need to have cash to park your vehicle. Otherwise, it was clean, had all of the amenities we needed and is an amazing location.

This place was AMAZING! From check in to check out, so easy and it was extremely clean and nice. They had everything you could need and the location is perfect for restaurants, beach time, going out and also easy access to the bridge over to downtown. Will 100% be staying here again!

This property met our expectations in every way. The location was great and my family of 5 was very comfortable. We all would highly recommend this property to other looking to stay in South Beach!

The location is perfect! Close to all the bars and restaurants on ocean drive but not right in the middle of the noise. It’s also steps from the public beach. The Walgreens and liquor store across the street were super convenient. Water pressure in the showers could have been better but overall was a great rental.

The property was great, and clean and we all enjoyed the location and convenience of everything that was available to us in the condo! I have stayed at this individual's property before and that is what prompted me to do so again!

Overall it was great but the door to the outside balcony in the master bedroom would not open during our stay. Loved the location easy access to the beach, stores & restaurants . I would definitely recommend

The location of this condo is perfect. It sits where all of the action begins, but you’re still set away from the noise. The pans that are there for cooking are almost not usable, there is only 1 small one that is safe to use. Other than that, there are plates, silverware, etc. that is for your use. The freezer does not keep anything frozen, so we were disappointed to find that out after we had purchased some groceries, and it is also missing the handle. The water pressure is very low in the showers, but they are spacious and clean. Everything else is provided to stay, enjoy and live for as long as your group needs, so overall a great spot to come to when you don’t want to just be in a hotel room with a bed.

Very loud and noisy, crime. Outdated, couch had stains, nothing as advertised. Actually went to Key West for 2 of the days that we paid for 4 nights. Not recommended.

My husband and I visited with family for his birthday. The place is located right next to the ocean and in the middle of everything . The condo needs a little updating and one bedroom didn’t have a TV which we were not aware of prior to our stay. All said we had a great time.

The location and condo were great! However, there wasn’t enough comfortable seating in the living room for the 4 of us to watch tv together. There was not a coffee table. The master was missing a tv. There was unfinished painting and a missing cabinet handle in the kitchen. Both bathrooms had insufficient towel bars and hooks, actually the master bath had NO hooks, towel bars or a toilet paper holder. Again, a great location and nice, all be it unfinished condo.

We did a lot of research before choosing the Ocean Five Condo and feel very happy with our choice. The Great stuff: Location one block from the beach and walkable to Equinox workouts, great restaurants and hardly needing to get in a car. The decor is contemporary and beds and pillows are comfortable. Felt very safe in the building that you have to swipe your key card to enter and safe walking the neighborhood. Reza is very responsive and helpful. We never met him but thru VRBO email portal he communicated well. Appreciated courtesy of Ocean Five hotel staff and the towels, umbrella and luggage storage. The few week areas: Sofa bed could possibly only work for child under the age of 8. It's not a pull out mattress. The sofa is small and cushions are hard and you're supposed to sleep on the small sofa or on the trundle part that pulls out but it's also very small and uncomfortable. If you are sensitive to noise at night, come prepared with a sound machine or app on your phone. It's about as noisy as staying in NYC with sirens and cars on Ocean Drive all day and night long. Sunday morning around 9 was garbage truck pick up in the alley. - very noisy. Some peeling paint in one of the bedrooms - guess that's Miami humidity. One light in living area kept flickering so we had to keep those set of lights off. Balcony is fine but just a view of Ocean Dr. and tiny glimpse of the ocean. The pool area is clean but pool isn't heated and it's not a pretty set up. Price is higher than many other rentals. You're paying for great location and updated, modern, clean condo. Fees were much higher than other places and felt excessive. Your credit card is charged immediately for full rental and security fee but it took at least 10 days to get security fee refunded which was frustrating. Some of our favorite things: Food Tours in Miami - South Beach Food and Art Deco walking tour. Pura Vida for excellent bowls, coffee, salads. Joe's Stone Crab take away and go eat on a bench at South Point Park.

Needs some minor maintenance (repair door latch to right side bedroom balcony, repair wallpaper behind bed in right side bedroom, bottom dishwasher rack, sharpen or replace kitchen knives, some additional kitchen tools would be helpful - e.g. colander , steak knives

On the good side: booking, communication & check-in for this property were A+. Also, the location is great, the floor plan is very good, was very clean, and had newer appliances. The ratings did not ask an important question: “Was the property well maintained?” It was not, at least to the level I expected for the price: 1. All the (non-stick coated) pans were severely scratched, dented & peeling - not healthy to use & I did not; 2). The master bedroom door hinge was damaged, causing the door to close on you (hard) whenever attempting to open & pass through; 3). The master bath had a key lightbulb burned-out, the toilet paper holder & towel hooks were ripped out of the wall, no stopper in sink causing you to look down a black, encrusted hole while using the sink - gross; 4). The washing machine made an unusual, disturbingly loud clanging noise; 5). The WiFi was so weak we could not stream Netflix (& it appeared there was no movie channel otherwise available); 6). Finally, the couch was quite possibly the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever used.
