We have stayed here 3 times over the period of 3 weeks in between all inclusive experience hotels. And it seemed like coming back home. The host Ebrahim is going above and beyond to accommodate every single need. He even found me the long rope to help with luggage packing. Accommodation is very spacious, both accommodation and the resort are well looked after, very nice modern design. We had the apartment on the ground floor with nice warm pool right next to the door step. Our kids jumped in the pool as soon we stepped to the grounds of this hotel. It fealt like our own pool , especially on a first day, when it was very quiet. There is one small shop 10 minutes walking distance, but you will do better by going to Senzo mall by car, taxi is cheap if booked through uber. Ebrahim will book you a taxi if you don't have a local sim card. But you better buy your own sim card in the airport. You also would need taxi to go to the beach. Which is approximately 3 dollars return journey. The beach is right next to jaz aqua marine. Make sure security guard doesn't see you arriving by taxi, if you want to wonder around other hotel beaches. The water is very shallow though. Will definitely come back to this hotel , especially convenient it is so close to the airport. You avoid hassle of big hotels after long journey. You can settle straight away in your apartment, as the resort is small and everything very close together. And jump to the warm bath pool almost "straight off the airplane". Unlike big resorts, you can use pool both day and night, you are also provided with breakfast and pool towels.

Serenity hotel is in the great and quite location near airport. Ebrahim met us at 4am and help with bags. The room was clean. We’ve stayed only one night, but it looks very comfortable for a long stay

Well its a nice place to stay. It does describe well in the website about the place. Its around 20 mins from the city center. Its is in a very safe place and its quiet around the night. The rooms were quite big. we booked 2 bedroom room and one studio room. We requested the rooms on the ground floor and near to each other. They took our request well. Everything was clean and neat on arrival, but the studio room was not to great. The bed rooms were equipped with clean sheets and AC in each. The kitchen was big and nice. The bathroom were also clean and equipped with soap, towels and toilet paper. Tony is a very helpful guy, always helped us around. We stayed for 4 nights and it was fairly enjoyable stay. We were 3 couples and it was quite affordable and comfortable stay i could say.

Both rooms had problems the moment we arrived. The double bed room had problem with cupboard door, they tried for 15 mins and we asked them to leave it be as we were tired. The second studio room had problems with Main door key. It was really difficult to open the door, we had to try in different angles to open the door. We also joked that we could become good thieves if kept trying. The breakfast was not much but a chocolate roll cake, some coffee sachets, and coco puffs.The kitchen wasn't well equipped for 6 adults. The cutlery was lacking, there were bed bugs and mosquitoes in the studio room which bit my 2 yr old and we had to visit the hospital in Cairo. The double bed room was fine, it was just that room. There are cats around the property, if ur not careful they get inside the room and sleep on ur beds. The beaches around the place are inaccessible, so you need to travel downtown or away from it. Frankly i was disappointed from this property, they had lot of renovation going around. Hopefully it gets better in summer. * WIFI: is a joke. We only got it near the pool area, and it was really slow.

it was in quiet location and the person working there was very helpful with information. I asked for some food recommendations and they immediately gave me some tips. One thing to know if you don't like or are allergic to cats, there are quite a few roaming in the area

The mattress was comfy. After negotiations, the point of contact organised an Uber for us to the bus station which was a great help.

The room was very dirty; the shower head barely worked; cats kept jumping into the room; at times the point of contact for the property was unwilling to help. Someone needs to be on site 24/7 to help guests with questions/ issues etc.

EBRAHIM is best host.. He help you for everything.. You can trust him for all your local bookings etc. Big apartment, comfortable beds

Location is 20min by uber from marina.

We loved everything, from the welcoming and helpful personnel to the huge family room and the facilities (heated pool, playground for kids).

Beautiful place and calm. I would like to say that I felt very welcome by Ebrahim, made me feel home, good listener, amazing host and person!

Abdel Aziz was very unpleasant and very unfriendly, he did not seem happy to help us with our requests such as getting fresh towels. Seemed disgruntled most of the time he was there and other times he was no where to be found.

Calm, safe and clean place. The staff specially Mr. Abdelaziz are very helpful and reachable. Even it was one night but was exceptional stay... sure will be back again.
