Superb location

The property was in a good location within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The property was well maintained, clean and a very good size. The host met us at the property before we were allowed to check in so that we could leave our bags safely. Throughout our stay we were told about the history of the building by a taxi driver and local tour guide. I will reccommend this property to family and friends. I would like to stay here again in the future.

The stairs leading down to the property were very steep and would be a problem for the elderly and young children. Part of the bannister was missing near to the top and very open. The door lock kept getting stuck when trying to open and close the door.

Beautiful, spacious apartment, lovely to stay on the Royal Crescent.

Just a reminder that it’s a residential area so we were asked to not make too much noise, no parking at accommodation but a good alternative not far away in public car park.

Absolutely beautiful property in a wonderful location. We have stayed in Bath many times but it was fantastic to stay in the iconic Royal Crescent in such a lovely apartment. Dan, our host, sent out detailed information prior to arrival which made finding, getting in and settled easy. The location is walking distance for the main attractions, shopping and lovely restaurants/bars. The facilities were absolutely on point and everything provided for-down to champagne flutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and look forward to booking again. Thank you so much!

There was nothing to not like-just a few small things that would make it perfect!…The rooms were a little on the hot side, although air conditioning units were on hand which was great. The boiler, occasionally made a loud banging noise which the first time made us jump until we realised what it was! It would have been useful to have two sets of keys for when people wanted to do different things.

Stunning location - in a prestigious street in Bath but also very convenient for centre of town and also long stay car park. Apartment was spacious and well maintained. A great find!

Some noise heard from apartment above. Being a basement apartment, no views although was surprisingly light. Only one shower (other bathroom had a bath which didn't have a shower over).

The location was great and within walking distance of the city centre and the great facilities available in Bath for shopping, eating and sight seeing.

Stunning place and amazing location.

Everything perfect - surprisingly light for a basement apartment. Lots of space for the 5 nights of us and so close to the centre of Bath. Fantastic to stay in one of Baths iconic landmarks.

Obviously an amazing location at the Royal Crescent. Place was very clean and, when there was a small problem with the hot water, it was resolved quickly. Furnishings and fittings were very nice and a lot of thought has been put into the decor.

Back end of the apartment was cold probably due to the single glazed sash windows. I assume they are not allowed to be replaced. As mentioned a slight problem with hot water that was resolved quickly.

A fabulous apartment in a fabulous location. Perfect for exploring Bath.
