very conveniente location to JR and subway stations. very friendly staff, clean, well maintained hotel. room amenities were ok.

the swamp cooler took a lot of precious space and did not work very well. I ended up unplugging it and using the room AC. room space was ok for a single person, but would have been tight for a couple.

could use more space esp for luggage. it can be challenging opening a large suitcase in the room :)

Very good location, ideal for shopping along the nearby street. I used the coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer, to wash and dry my clothes, so that was handy. It was only in Japanese but I used a Japanese to English translation to work out what it said, so managed to use it. The washing machines are very popular but I managed to get one. A little tip, maybe set a timer/alarm on your phone to empty the machine promptly once it has finished, so the next person can use it. The washing machine is pin protected so if you forget no one else will be able to use the machine. Only 1 pillow each in the room but I went to reception and they gave us two more. Nice amenities in reception. My wife got a face pack/mask. We would stay there again. Ideal for walking to the cruise port, if you are feeling energetic. It was a bit of a walk with bags, but we allowed plenty of time to get there so was a nice stroll.

The room was a bit small, but that is to be expected for Japan, so I didn't mind.

great location, close to subway and within walking distance of shops and restaurants etc. Bus stop right out the front! Laundry was also handy for a mid trip stop in

Perfect location to Kannai station and walking distance to lots of shopping and food options. Room was clean and bathroom was a nice size. Great price for the location and level of comfort. Overall our stay was extremely enjoyable...would highly recommend!

Tiny room. Staff is not very friendly. I had breakfast included but had to leave at 7am same time as the breakfast was opening. They refused to prepare a sandwich the night before instead of a breakfast or even serving a cup of coffee a little before 7am.

Nice location.

Small rooms. Not advisable for families with kids.
