We loved the apartment! Clean, pretty, amazing rooftop! 65 steps to climb, but is so worth it!

We enjoyed our stay in Venice. This property is located in a popular square, close to the traghetto and bridges. The flat is spacious and optimal for families. The rerrace is nice to enjoy view while many attractions are in walking distance. Only thing of not is the 6 flights of stairs one has to climb as there is no elevator. No problem for us but for some it may be a challenge.

We loved this place! The balcony was amazing and the location was great. Close enough to easily walk to St Mark’s and Rialto bridge, but far enough away that it was a little less crowded and more quiet. Camille met us to let us in and show us around, and was very sweet. The bed was comfy, the place was very clean, the layout was great (though the vaulted ceilings may be a problem if you are super tall- We are all very average height). This was my favorite place out of the 6 we stayed at on this trip to Italy.

It is a very large apartment in a fantastic location on Campo San Stefano. Inside is very modern. There is even a tankless water heater so you never have to without running out of hot water! I love the natural wood ceilings. Of course being a loft the ceiling cuts out about 1/2 the living space. The washing machine was very confusing but worked fine. It didn’t work at first because the water hose tap was turned off. Of course the incredible rooftop terrace makes it a total winner. It’s is so high up it’s almost scary. We loved it! Sophie was wonderful throughout our stay and helped us with many questions including how to get the washing machine to work. Her instructions how to open the lock box alone was a huge help. I cannot offer enough praise and will defray here again if souls doesn’t book it first!

My wife and I stayed in this appartment for a few days. We had a wonderful time and loved everything about this place! The host was very easy to talk to and helped us with finding some good places to go. She also helped us figure out how to get around and use the public transportation which was very appreciated.

Comfortable apartment near all the key points of interest in Venice. A lovely location. This 4th floor apartment requires climbing many stairs, but the view is worth it if you are able.

Apartment, is lovely, the altana certainly a plus. Need better pillows and some extra, extra toilet paper and garbage bags. Shower pressure is weak. These are minor issues given the location and ease to move around Venice. Would stay again.
