The Location was good We did not have breakfast

The aircon was not fully working, It shut down by it self Room was verry hot Water in fridge was not cold at all

The place is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location for us (near university) was perfect.

There was an issue with the aircon, and it was super warm. It was resolved quickly, though. The cold water pressure also seems to be a bit too low, but all in all not a major issue.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable for a good night's rest.

Opstal Guestfarm is a perfectly situated and perfect accessibility to university and shopping centres. The staff was always ready to help and they are friendly.

Water is hard making bathing very difficult.

We were accommodated in room number 20, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained. This cozy room was equipped with convenient amenities such as a compact fridge, microwave, and a coffee nook. The establishment also offered complimentary water and coffee sachets, and the internet connection was reliable. Our stay was truly delightful, peaceful and comfortable.

A couple of small improvements in Room no 20 could enhance the staying experience. For instance, it would be beneficial to have a small shelf above the sink in the bathroom for storing toothbrushes and such. Additionally, having a hanger in the bathroom for towels would be practical. Furthermore, a couple of bedside plugs for charging devices would be convenient. Another suggestion is to include a small shelf beneath the large mirror in the room, especially useful for dressing. Finally, the room lacks a cupboard. While it wasn't an issue for our one-day stay, a cupboard would be essential for longer stays.
