We enjoyed the location of the condo as well as the attentiveness of the host. We will definitely consider this rental again when we visit the area.

We had a great stay, the condo was perfect for our long weekend. So many options within walking distance, and since it was off season when we went, we were able to easily get an Uber to other places. The condo was clean, though the beds were soft for our liking (but that’s just personal preference). Overall a great place to stay!

It was out first experience at Myrtle Beach and waking up every morning to the ocean view and sunrise was amazing.. Property was very clean and secure location was perfect walking distance to every where on the boardwalk. Pools and Hot tubs were excellent. Host were very nice checked in often. Will definitely stay again.

From the booking to the check-in & check out, everything was smooth and seamless. The condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 small children. The view was amazing from the 20th floor. the owner was always quick to respond if we needed anything, or had a question. I’d highly recommend staying here and we for sure will be booking again.

The condo is well located, clean and well maintained. The view of the ocean is magnificent. Janet takes great care of us. Everything is well detailed and she takes care that everything works. I recommend. The common areas of the building could use more daily maintenance, due to the fact that there are many people using the facilities. We loved our stay. Thank you Janet xxx

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Ocean One. Our room was just what we needed and was right on the beach. There were many great attractions near by for my grandkids to enjoy. A great vacation for us all.

Check in process was very easy. Janet was on top of sending us codes and check in process. (Wish the access code to the condo was a little shorter so it would be easy to remember) We stayed for a week during 4th of July, condo was clean, LOVED that it had a pack and play for my baby that was a plus! Kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials, would recommend however owner buy a toaster. We had to buy our own. Balcony view was amazing for 4th of july fireworks right infront of the pier. Sofa bed was not comfortable we ended up not using it. Loved the location of resort everything was close by. We would 100% stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! It was myself, my husband, and our 3 kids and we all fit comfortably. The heated pools were awesome considering it was chilly some night and the kids didn’t want to stop swimming. The theme park right across the street was really fun! A 20 min walk took us to the boardwalk and we could find many restaurants within walking distance. It was also a short drive to Broadway at the beach. We all had an amazing stay. Had a small issue with the code when we first arrived and Janet replied to my message within a minute with a different code so we would get in. We will def stay again!

We came to celebrate our 50th anniversary and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Our host Janet made us feel welcome before we had even arrived. Extremely helpful, informative, and SO easy to get a hold of - priceless! Loved how clean it was ! Loved the beachy decor, comfortable furniture and how well stocked everything was. The proximity of the beach and pier, restaurants, sky wheel, golf and some incredible horse back riding we had a ball and enjoyed it all but the memories that left imprints in our minds forever are the views from the balcony just before sunrise. They were truly truly breathtaking. You will not regret rising early to catch this show. The colors across the horizon are spectacular and beyond. This unit is a 10!

This 2BR/2BA Condo is fantastic. The place has all of the comforts of home---very well stocked. The in unit W/D was wonderful to have. The view from the balcony provides glorious morning sunrises over the Atlantic, and is also wonderful for sitting and reading or having coffee or a cocktail. Janet is very responsive to messages and if a problem arose she had it taken care of immediately. We just stayed here for 2 months (To escape the cold and snow in VT) and they were the fastest 2 months ever. We were totally happy with our stay, and absolutely will stay here again.

Our room was not cleaned when we arrived but the owner responded within 10 minutes and gave us an upgraded room. The room was clean and the view of the sunrise every morning was breathtaking. I would return and stay here again

It was a great place and location! We were allowed to check in early and stay a little late. And the place withheld a hurricane with no issues!

Owner was extremely responsive. The only issue was finding a luggage cart when checking in. Janet advised that she would address this at next board meeting. That was literally the ONLY issue. Condo was clean and well maintained. Beautiful view and so much to do with condo's convenient location. Staff we happened to meet in the hallways were helpful and courteous. Overall a really good experience. From the start everything was as advertised and expected. The views from the balcony were incredible. We got to watch the fireworks from the balcony and it was the best firework show I’ve ever seen. With as much going on down at the pool and beach once you were in one of the two bedrooms you didn’t hear a thing. This was really important because we were traveling with kids. The pool was great at the resort, and my kids went from the outdoor to the indoor pool to the lazy river 100 times every time we were down there. The beach was 50 steps from the bottom lobby which was nice to be able to go back and forth a bit. There was more than enough parking which was huge considering it is a relatively busy area. My only complaint was how much my arm hurt from having to throw the water football 1000 times to my son jumping in the pool because of how much fun he was having.

The condo itself is nicely maintained, with the exception of the tank top, bottle cap, and dirt that was found under the bed my daughter slept in, which is why the cleanliness score was not a 5, and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. I cooked meals without any issues due to having everything that I needed. There is a dish washer, however I never used it, since I do not have one in my home and didn't want to damage it. We loved not having any windows in our bedrooms so we could sleep in when we wanted to without the sun coming in the window. There are night lights in the bathrooms, which do give off enough needed light so you can see if you have to get up in the night. I do wish there was a Keurig instead of a coffee maker because it is less of a mess and there isn't any real clean up issues, but at least there was a coffee maker available. Overall, this condo has all of the comforts of home. The only complaint that I have about this property is the lack of luggage racks to move your items in and out of the condo. There weren't any available when we arrived or when we departed, which made the process very stressful. We were very thankful to the ladies that helped us load up the elevator which saved us a great deal of time and energy. I actually only saw them downstairs where they were supposed to be located once during our 7 night stay. This is something that the establishment should monitor more in my opinion.

We enjoyed the condo, it was perfect! The resort needs some work though, the hot tubs were never filled up to the full line and the hot tub inside was freezing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
