Jane and Graham are lovely hosts. Very helpful and accommodating. The property is very neat and clean and there is more than enough of anything you could possibly need. Great, quiet location. I would recommend staying here if ever you need to stay in or around Manly.

Great Property, Great Location

We only stayed overnight and it was perfect for our needs. Very clean, tidy and spacious.

Wonderfully presented, furnished and clean property, just a short walk to Queenscliff, Manly and Freshwater, located on a quiet backstreet. Perfect for a quick weekend away, but could have easily stayed for a whole week.

Fabulous place to stay Walking distance to everywhere (coffee, parks, beaches etc ). Lovely hosts. I’ll be back soon.

This is a stylish and well appointed property. We found it very clean and well organized with everything we needed. It is in an excellent location for walking to all the attractions of Manly, as well as the ferry to the City. The hosts were attentive, responsive and caring. Highly recommended.

Apartment was well presented and true to the photo’s. Jane and Graham were excellent hosts.

Due to COVID, we were unable to travel to Sydney from New Zealand. The travel bubble closed and there is a hard Sydney lockdown. Host refused to change dates to later in year 'as this would not produce a new income stream' and further, would not refund. They did initially offer a partial refund that was contingent on them rebooking the apartment, how I was to monitor this I don't know, and as a partial refund that would have meant them banking the full amount of a new booking plus the extra they would not refund from mine. I have taken the matter up with Fair Trading and my credit card company, who are dealing with many complaints about unscrupulous Sydney accomm providers. So thousands for an empty apartment for 10 days, I even got sent the 'how was your stay' email from Stayz today on what would have been my checkout day, thus this review. The whole situation worked out really well for them with an empty place and money in the bank, but as a host myself it is something I would NEVER do to a guest under these circumstances regardless of my refund policy, in fact I have done the opposite as I like to treat people as I hope to be treated myself, which clearly these hosts do not do. Don't stay here, stay with someone who will cut you a break if circumstances out of your control force you to cancel your trip. Not a holiday by the way, but a trip to see my elderly parents who I have not seen since the start of the pandemic.

The place was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It also had loads of entertainment including The Wii and various board games. Location wise, the place is close to the beach, cafes, and bars. The two queen beds were comfortable. Jane and Graham were fantastic hosts to my friends and I. We are very appreciative of our stay in their accommodation. Jane and Graham were friendly, and easily contactable via phone or in person just downstairs. They also offered their recommendations for places to see and things to do.

Loved the property especially that there was parking for one car and an easy 10-15min walk to beach. We were a family of 2 adults and 3 teenage girls, accomodation probably more suitable for a family of 4

Lovely apartment in a quiet street but only a short walk to the beach, great cafes and restaurants. The apartment is renovated to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings. Private parking was a real bonus and Jane was an excellent host. Highly recommended.

This was a well renovated apartment with everything we needed, and more, for a beach holiday. The air conditioning was perfect for the 40degree day and so was the Wii! We loved our time at the beach and Jane was lovely to deal with.

Thoroughly recommend this apartment. Absolutely beautifully decorated and equipped. Really felt like home and a lovely feeling of space. Much closer to the beach and all the usual places in Manly than the map makes out. Really comfy beds and gorgeous bedding xx
