The staff is really nice, the views from the room were also nice, the cleanliness was super nice and all together was a good experience!

Only minus which is not really the hotels fault is that if you take the shortest walking route from metro to hotel there is like 100m road of sand.

It’s the second time we stayed in this hotel, and it didn’t disappoint us; comfortable beds, good location, tasty breakfast, nice pool and great service by everyone. Additional plus for us was the washing mashine and the free shuttle bus service.

O pequeno almoço com pouca variedade ocidental. Pouco isolamento nos quartos. Era tipo next to me é ouvia-se tudo do quarto ao lado.

Uns hat vor allem das Zimmer und das Personal gefallen. Super freundlich und zimmer wurden täglich geputzt! Das war ein ganz toller Aufenhalt! Nur zu empfehlen

Es gab nicht vieles. Man hatte eine Küche, aber keine sachen zum abspülen. Das hat aber immer die Putzkraft gemacht, man hatte jedoch keine möglichkeit es schnell selber zu erledigen!

breakfast was good

our check in was 1pm but they room was not ready for us. it took them like 6 hours to the room ready like around 6pm it was ready 👎. we have for extra bed they us double the they advertised on the booking app.

Loved the hotel and the staff were exceptional. Service was great and good value. Accessible location to everything.

Bathroom needs a little upgrading from the limescale. Heating for the colder evenings.

Only reservation took more than 40 min and it was very long time as i was driving more than 900 km please try to improve

Probably being overly critical, but there was a bit of a damp smell in the hallway close to the lifts (not in my apartment)...that was the difference between good and outstanding for me 🙏🏾

The srudio Apartment was really clean and cozy. Everithing was really great. I think this hotel has the best vallue for the price.

We were with 2 years old kid, so maybe the playroom could be more equipped. Also the the smell in corridors of the hotel was a bit strange (it was not felt in the room).

Nothing absolutely nothing the workers where very racist because we are African they helped whites first and we where made last to access check in

Everything they need to be fair and just no selections of colour creed or race because we all provide financial support for the hotel

Overcrowded reception, and impersonal service. We were just another number. Apartments not well laidout, and not functionlly well equiped. The refrigerator was incorporated in the clothing closet. Although a washer was provided, there was no dryer, so beats the whole purpose, especially as we were on a multi destination travel.

In the rooms are very windy doors make clauch noise from the wind, it s to cold inside and the chiller i think it s set default on off. Volume of the television it s set default to 9 ( and it s to loud if someone sleep in other room ) To much money for what offer from my point of view

Le petit déjeuner mais toujours la même chose

J’ai réservé avec comme critère de recherche deux adultes et deux enfants. J’ai pris l’option early Check in car nous arrivions très tôt le matin, et j’ai reçu un mail de l’hôtel qui me confirmait que je pourrai avoir ma chambre dès 9h du matin moyennant un supplément de 50€. Arrivée à 6h nous patientons dans le hall.A 9 ils me disent qu’aucune chambre n’est prête. Je les relance fréquemment et toujours rien. Je leur demande si on peux profiter du petit-déjeuner car ça fermait à 10h30 ils me répondent que oui mais il faudra payer en plus. Aucun effort de compensation. La chambre est enfin prête à 11h20 soit à peine 40 min avant le Check-on normal et le réceptionniste ose me demander de payer quand même les 50€. Je lui répond qu’il en est hors de question si j’avais eu la chambre avant 10h ok mais là pas question.il reprends la carte de la chambre et me dit «  ok vous la récupérer à midi » Arrive dans la chambre un seul lit maigres la réservation pour 4, j’ai dû pu payer un lit d’appoint supplémentaire. J’ai fait des hôtels deux étoiles ou trois étoiles qui étaient beaucoup mieux que celui ci.
