Wonderful property!

Place is great. We like our space and good locations when we travel. Able to walk to all the restaurants after a long day.

My wife and I stayed at this condo downtown Columbia. It was very clean and comfortable. It was in a perfect location to walk to downtown eateries (shout out to Ernie's Cafe, Gumby's Pizza, and Sparky's). Easy in and out parking at the parking garage with a card swipe at the gate. We would definitely return to this location if in the downtown area again!

Absolutely beautiful and a very fun experience to be in downtown Columbia for a few days with old friends. The accommodations were great. We’ll be back!!! Bravo! Kathy and Jeff and Dale

Great property with a fantastic view. The parking situation it wonderful. It’s like having your own parking lot. Yes being on the 7th floor took about 5 minutes to get out but worth it. It was my husband, my adult son and I. We enjoyed the location and room this apartment had to offer. Would rent again!

The loft was fantastic! It was way bigger than we had expected!! Plenty of space with kitchen and laundry amenities. Also had plenty of towels for both bathrooms. The location is in the heart of Dow Columbia and we were able to walk to great restaurants and bars. Bob was very easy to stay in contact if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again!!

This is a beautiful condo, exceeding our expectations. The beautiful view strikes you as you walk in. The living areas are super spacious and look new- perfect condition. Bathrooms beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Appreciated coffee cartridges being available. Only improvement I can suggest is to add some essentials to make the kitchen more functional, such as knives, serving bowls and spoons, water glasses, more than 2 wine glasses, a wine opener, dish towels. The owner must not use the kitchen. But aside from this, it is a WONDERFUL apartment and location is perfect. Stayed during True/False and it was comfortable, safe and quiet.

From the very beginning, everything about this place was wonderful. My friend, and I were in Columbia to visit my son who attends University of Missouri. The place was spotless, very well stocked and in a perfect location. We had a rental car, but it stayed parked the entire time because we walked to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend and I will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views of Columbia! Very comfortable furnishings and we loved the fireplace. We hosted 10 people for brunch comfortably. I highly recommend this place.

This condo is so nice. It’s out of the way but still in a great location - easy walk to downtown. Great parking too. The inside is really nicely done, and it’s definitely a perfect layout for two couples or families.

This is a great 2 bed 2 bath unit. Clean, comfortable and the parking garage is nice and easy to use. Definitely will rent again.

We stayed at the condo to move our son into Mizzou. The location and property were great. The condo was clean and had a great view and the location was perfect for campus and downtown.

Large space. Great location… everything is walkable. Had everything you needed to cook a meal. Secure location.

Very nice and clean with lots of windows and high ceilings bring lots of light into this top floor condo. The location is close to lots of restaurants around Mizzou. I will stay here again next time in Columbia.
