Conveniently located.

That the front desk clerk was not transparent about parking that I needed a validation sticker upon checking out. I asked the clerk do I need anything to exit the garage and she said no. When exiting the garage, I was charged again after I paid the hotel. When exiting the garage at the gate it does not print out a receipt so I had to wait to be refunded since I am required to show proof on my bank statement. I do not like companies that require you to do a certain process but don’t own up to their responsibility and requirements. It’s very sad that customers are treated this way. I feel like I should have been refunded immediately when I went back into the hotel to tell them my issue. But was given a smirk like oh well. There was absolutely no accountability by the hotel. No sympathy or apology for my inconvenience. Took my money and made me feel uncomfortable and stressed. The amount the hotel charged was 100.00 and the parking garage charged 120.00. That’s a total of $220.00.

It was clean and very close to stadium. Also included breakfast.

The walk from the parking lot and the elevators to the room was kind of aggravating. The parking lot is huge and full majority of the time and the elevators were always packed and slow. Being that the hotel is by the Panthers stadium and downtown definitely plays a role as well though.
