Loved everything about this place. Cute, cozy, clean and comfortable. The little notes and labels throughout the flat were very helpful and very adorable. The kitchen was well outfitted, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom and laundry area very nice. The only negative is that the place is so nice that you may not want to go out sightseeing, but rather stay in theively apartment.

Fabulous apartment in Matsumoto with plenty of space, good access to Matsumoto, and great character. Lots of facilities for cooking and sleeping.
We have a party of 4 which was fine for the single toilet and shower room. A larger group might wish for more toilet facilities.

This was the BEST place! It was super clean, spacious & comfortable. What we loved most was how the host placed these hand drawn cute cards with cats all around the house explaining things and how to work them. Bath towels were big and soft and the down comforters were really really fluffy!

the 2BR apartment was spacious, clean, had great heating and excellent wifi. the location was perfect, near train station, shopping centre (Parco), restaurants and of course the castle. the bathroom with big bath was fantastic. the kitchen was well equipped and had extras like salt and oil, tea, filtered coffee, chocolates/ lollies. welcoming host.
Apartment was on the 2nd floor so we had to lug our suitcases up a flight of stairs but this was ok.

Fantastic location, near to family mart, eateries, major shopping mall andMatsutomo castle.
It has got everything you need, fresh towels, loft bed, tatami bed,washing machine, gas stove, kettle, microwave, toaster, hot shower with bath tub, air-conditioning and heater. It's just like staying in your own home. Perfect for family with kids.
The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Location! Location! Location! Can not beat this location. 15 minute walk to the castle grounds, 10 minute walk to the train station, and 5-10 minute drive off from the IC. Amazing room as well.

Cool spot. Great location. Was perfect for our small family. Easy to walk around town to shops, the castle and restaurants. Free parking spot made things convenient. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend.

Great home base for exploring Matsumoto. Close to castle, great restaurants, public transportation, and museums. Thoughtful, warm, cozy, and well-stocked space. No TV, but fast wi-fi. Lots of hand-drawn English explanations to help find/use items in the apartment. Beds and futon are on the firm side. Towels and comforters are thick and fluffy.
Maika-san was very friendly and responsive to questions. She opened up the archery studio downstairs specially for us and the kids had a great time trying the large traditional bows.
