Loved the view and comfort

Bathrooms are a little outdated, although i dont mind the oldschool wood decor, bathrooms should be updated Babysitter or kids club service not available if you are not in expensive family rooms which is unfortunate

Every single thing in this hotel made with thoughts to state a clear perfection. I've booked the Grand Premier Peak View Room (Newly Renovated) on the 52F - just WOW. "HK Island is in your hands" this is my description for the room-view. The facilities are modern with a classic attitude & you can feel the same thing at every place you go around the hotel. A superb breakfast. Exceptional cleanness. Location - 1min walk to HK Park. The hotel connected to Pacific Place shopping centre. 8min walk to Admiralty MTR station. bottom line, with no surprises, this hotel worth his fare.

Loved how we didn’t need to leave the hotel! The facilities, restaurants and shopping mall were all so convenient. The pool is perfect and the gym is very clean and has all the equipment needed for any workout. Would highly recommend booking a Harbour view room! The view of the harbour and the city lit up at night time is remarkable. We stayed in a traditional deluxe room (rather than a newly renovated) and it was perfect and did not feel outdated. We enjoyed the Nespresso machine and the coffee pod refills were generous.

We were impressed with the buffet breakfast however we did not feel is was worth £80 (£40 each, per breakfast).

We stayed in the Horizon Lounge and the service and facilities were outstanding. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails were all wonderful

our check in was delayed by 90 mins which is completely unacceptable, especially when you are paying top dollars. we had to continually ask if our room was ready as staff didn't approach us.

很多小细节设计到位.使用起来方便。

卫生，入住的时候跟前台反应的床上有虫子，两个床头柜和浴室都没有清洁干净，有污渍和头发灰尘。浴袍是脏的。一直到第走到时候挂着的脏浴袍始终没换。空调太冷。冻的感冒。隔音不好，隔壁上卫生间都能听见。楼上的小孩子奔跑，隔壁的人谈话。
