Rooms are nice size and comfortable for two persons.

wifi is poor in the room although the provide Unifi access point in the room, technical support dept should do something about it

Lack of renovation within rooms, need to be updated a little. Bathroom was a little disappointing - could be cleaner, could use some bleach, more attention required to finer details eg. extra loo roll, better quality soap and shampoo, better cleaning, ...

location is perfect, you can reach almost every spot in Jakarta from the hotel.

More choice for westerners food wise

The categorized as 3 star. But their facilities and the hotel atmosphere match to 4 star range. I can tell this as I used to stay many 4 star hotel all over the world. Only the break fast is average and in 3 star range. But enough to eat for solo traveler. Remaining all good and matches to 4 star hotel facilities (except car parking space).
