Even better than the picture! Clean with some nice notes and a bottle of wine! Got pizza down stairs and had a great time, everyone was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Conveniently located in Hershey town center. Room was above a nice Italian restaurant, with Starbucks across the street. We used Uber/Lyft to get to Hersheypark. Free parking was nice, great not having to use our car during our visit. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience staying above Feniccis, everyone was super friendly and place was very nice. Would stay here again next time a conference rolls around.

Loved the apartment. It was spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly. Perfect location because it was so close to Hershey Park. Dining was easily accessible.

Very convenient to Hershey attractions. Older decor is fine and functional; very quiet although there are a number of units above restaurant. Steep stairs to get to apartment so not for everyone, but perfect for a fit couple. Hard to see in picture but bed is a queen size. We had a great weekend! Enjoyed breakfast and ice cream next door at their cafe where you get a discount. Did not have a chance to have dinner downstairs at Feniccis but it looked very nice.

We were very satisfied with our recent stay! So easy to check-in/out, convenient parking, and really quick responses. We were treated well especially by the manager, (we are so sorry but we think Andrew was his name), at the restaurant Feniccis (downstairs from apartments) who greeted us, helped us with whatever we needed, and took great care of us at the restaurant where we ate dinner both nights of our stay (1st night for convenience, 2nd night because we were so pleased with our first experience there!). My husband who is incredibly particular about his chicken marsala gave it a major stamp of approval!! The apartment has everything you need for a stay - kitchen/dining area, seating area, bedroom with ac unit, bathroom. It was equipped with iron/ironing board, cookware, etc. We did not have much luck with the roku for tv but didn't ask for help with it either as we didn't really need it. Internet worked excellent most of the time. Cute and safe area, walking to several little shops and local restaurants, drugstore, etc. Would definitely stay here again for another Hershey visit!

My friend and I stayed here overnight for a concert in Hershey. Everyone we met were really nice and helpful. The place was pleasant and clean. It's a short walk to the park. You can also take an uber (which is cheap). It's located above their restaurant, so you really don't have to figure out what you want for dinner. Their food is great! . It is so much better than having to rent out a hotel room. It includes a full kitchen and a full fridge! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Hershey!

This little place was in a great location and perfect for my friend and I for the weekend. We stayed in the "Hershey Bar" room. Super close to downtown on Chocolate Ave, across the street from a place to grab coffee and breakfast in the morning, and in close proximity to all attractions. Room is situated above a restaurant. Restaurant staff and GM were very friendly and accommodating with checking us in late and providing beverages (bottles of water and even a bottle of wine) for our stay. Phil, the owner, was quick in communicating, helpful and super nice to even allow us a late check out. Place was clean, bed was comfy and overall met our expectations. Of note (and not a factor in our review) but just an FYI for other guests, the shower temperature is a bit difficult to regulate since the room is located in a historic building and there is only one bed pillow per guest (in case you're someone who typically sleeps with an excess of pillows like me!). Would definitely stay again if we're ever back in Hershey! Thanks to Phil, Kveta and the Fenicci's staff!

My wife and I needed a convenient location for the AACA Fall Meet in Hershey and a meeting in Harrisburg, and this was a great spot right on Chocolate Avenue. Hershey Museum was across the street and neighborhood grocery was a short walk from the apartment. Phil was a gracious host and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine from his restaurant below. Second floor apartment was compact and not fancy, but clean and perfect for two and was fully equipped so we could prepare meals. Excellent WiFi connectivity. Great value overall and hope to stay there again.

Thanks Phil for everything. We had a great time. We arrived during dinner time which is busy for Phil since his restaurant is downstairs, however, he took time to explain all the wonderful things to do in the area and show us to our little apartment. Definitely visit his restaurant downstairs. Great food!

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights and truly enjoyed being there. The location was fabulous - a very short drive to Hershey Park and Chocolate World (or a 1 mile walk due to Hershey Park construction), with restaurants and other activities very close by. Phil and the other people who assisted us were great to work with and answered all of our questions. We absolutely enjoyed the restaurant downstairs, Fenicci's of Hershey. The food and service were both exceptional! I would definitely stay there again if we come to Hershey!

My fiancé and I stayed from a Saturday-Monday in the summer. Phil was extremely friendly and accommodating. He even gave us a free bottle of wine! Every staff member we interacted with was the same. Very enjoyable experience! There is a free shuttle to the park right across the street.

Very unique experience staying above an Italian restaurant. The historical trolley tour drove by the restaurant and the tour guide talked about the history of the restaurant and said the apartments were originally built for the chocolate workers. Made our stay at the apartment even more unique. Excellent food at the restaurant. Loved walking next door to the ice cream shop for some ice cream at the end of the day. Phil and his employees were so welcoming. Truly loved our stay on Chocolate Avenue!

Great apartment and location! The apartment was clean and a nice size. Very close to the park and Phil was accommodating and easy to work with. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

The location of this apartment could not have been more convenient to walk to all that Hershey has to offer. It was perfect for us and close enough to the lacrosse tournament we were there for in Palmyra. Can't speak enough about the location. Accommodations were new and the apartment had been recently refurbished. We actually ate at Phil's cafe the first night and the Italian restaurant the second night and followed it up with a waffle cone ice cream from the cafe on the way out of town! Service and food were excellent! Phil makes you feel like a close neighbor and knows customer service! Would definitely stay again when we are in the area.
