the hotel itself is very nice.

The beach and the shopping was the highlight of our stay. The room was filthy! There was lint and dirt and caked on grime on the chairs. There was sand in our “fresh new sheets” upon arrival. The person I communicated with was friendly and had the cleaners come clean again. But the cleaners only moved the chairs to a different position and then made the bed. The same stains that were on the sheets upon our arrival was still on the supposed “new sheets”. We left a day early.

The entire room is dated. Which is fine. But the cleanliness is disgusting. I’d never stay again. I’d suggest getting a new cleaner. And specify to clean and sanitize walls, doors, windows, mirrors, and floors. And place clean new bedding every time. We came back to the room while the cleaning ladies were leaving. The car they clean out of looked like a hoarder vehicle. They were dirty. The vehicle was dirty. And their supplies were laying loose in the piled up trashed up vehicle. Not very sanitary or professional.

The security was there all night, it made me feel safe walking back-and-forth from my car! And they also help me with a couple of questions that I had. So I’m thankful for that.

I did not like the small garage, I did not like there were no trolleys to take bags up and down the elevator as we needed them it was very inconvenient. people sitting in the loading area just leaving their car and I was stuck for about 20 minutes. I’ve booked through Booking.com and I did not get clear directions about using the key card for outside of the hotel past 10 PM I was just really confused about a lot of things and had to figure them out along the way, which was inconvenient.

The only good thing was there was plenty of parking.

First things the deposit/fees wasn't listed under booking conditions like most places it was conveniently hidden on another page you have to click and scroll across too . They also don't just take a card like most they actually take a payment and process for deposit like the old dinosaur system. Next the yellow walls look like someone has ran a racecar around them black marks on them all and some terrible. Got a lovely brown pillow that used to be white for my stay. Was told there was in indoor pool I could use in the bottom of my building. It and many others where not open or safe. The one that was open was disgusting! Trash, cans, and all sorts of nasty all around. Wads of hair in the pool and cigarette butts floating. The baseboards in the room are separating from the wall and look like they haven't been wiped in years. The baseboard in the bathroom if that's not mold on it, it has to be the pre stages of it. I sent photos to Coastline Beach Rentals and the best they could do is offer an hour later checkout...smh This property should have paid me to stay here. Had I not been so tired and having a drive I would have just left it altogether but luckily I travel with my own linens and pillows so was able to salvage some sleep, next to the remodel going on next door and the pungent odor of dope coming down the hall and on the balconies. If I could give this a negative number I would, it wouldn't even get a 1. This is a one and done for sure. Do not stay here unless you like feeling nasty and grimy. TERRIBLE, DONT DO IT!! It will only let me add a few photos but I have many disgusting photos from here!!
