Pool sauna and hot tub all excellent. Bed super comfortable and king size. Staff in restaurant were brilliant

No shuttle to airport. Though there was a bus service at the end of the drive.

Large comfortable rooms close proximity to airport since we had an early morning flight. Large comfortable beds with large TV. Tram 5 minute walk away. Taxi to airport takes about 10 minutes.

Too expensive. 296 sterling for a single night stay for 2 people in a 3 star hotel despite booking several months before + without breakfast. Bath/shower full of black scratches… looks old.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms were quite and comfortable.

We like to take a short walk after or evening meal but because of the location there was no where suitable. To call it an airport hotel I feel is a bit of an exaggeration.

I had my reservation at a different hotel canceled last minute -- Delta was able to take a last minute booking and offer a better room. The hotel is well located near the tram and motorway, the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and Pooja could not have been more helpful and friendly at check-in when I was exhausted and frustrated from my unexpected day.

Probably about time to get new mattresses -- mine was comfortable enough to sleep on, but it had the dents of a mattress that has been around for a while.

Loved the hotel. Clean spacious room. Pool at hotel was a bonus. All staff were lovely and helpful. Bus stop right outside for easy access into Edinburgh. Parking on site

Room reasonable.

Room was permanently cold. Ground floor room had outside window that wouldn’t lose - security issue. Had worst food poisoning ever - breakfast of scrambled eggs, tomato and orange juice. Nothing else to eat that day and was violently sick,diarrhoea, high temperature, headache for 5 days. Took 2 weeks to fully recover.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

The room was too warm and the window wouldn't open far enough to ventilate the room properly. The air conditioning wasn't working and eventually I was given a different room which contained a free standing air conditioning unit, which cooled the room appropriately was noisy for sleeping and so the room heated up again during the night. Instead of a comfortable relaxing evening, I had the opposite.

food at breakfast was nice , and enjoyed the pool and spa facilities

we upgraded our room before arriving , when we arrived and checked in our room was not upgraded and there was only one bed , we were staying with 4 people so had to go back downstairs and complain , hotel did give us the room we upgraded too but were not apologetic about the incident and didn’t compensate in any way.

Room and bed were extremely comfortable, breakfast was excellent, in particular I liked the sparkling water dispenser in the reception area.

Not much at all, I would not stay here again. I can get a whole house for 4 people 30 mins down the road. Terrible choice in hindsight, only myself to blame. I didn't even make it to breakfast due to an early flight but was not offered and alternative.

Pretty much everything and how they can charge £230 per night is staggering.

The bedroom was very spacious and clean but the bed was extremely uncomfortable & I also had to switch rooms when I first checked in because it was too hot stifling hot actually.

Easy to get to the Hotel. Easy to get into Edinburgh centre on the local bus, stops just outside. Breakfast good and we liked the pizza from the restaurant. Pet friendly and family friendly. We had a few requests when booking and they were able to accommodate all of them. Loved the room layout as an l shape with the children around the corner for their earlier bedroom.

I thought having to pay for parking was shocking when you had already paid a couple hundred pounds for the stay. And no water or tea coffee in the room even though I upgraded

Nice clean rooms. Staff very friendly. Lovely breakfast and good pool facilities.

Room was cold and difficult to heat. Noisy due to a a young football team staying. They took over the pool and all seating areas, moving my belongings from my table so that they could take the seats. They were so boisterous that one child ended up with a nose bleed which bled all round the side of the pool. Attendant just wiped blood up from the floor with a towel and his foot. Noisy at night with the boys running in the corridors and banging coming from above until after midnight. This was not managed well at all. Not the hotels fault but did impact our stay and could’ve been better managed.

Food, customer service and accommodation were exceptional!

I believe the pool could do with a little update. All other leisure club facilities were perfect!

Location is good and room was an excellent size.

Changing rooms in the leisure facility are very small and as some of the pool was closed off for private swimming lessons it was a nightmare to get changed as it was very busy in that small space. Also the swim suit spinner wasn’t working and a woman said it has been broken for months.

I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff where, the room was beautiful, steam room, sauna and pool were insane! I felt sad leaving the place and I would definitely come back!! They do offer massages however their masseuse was on maternity leave when we went I was gutted I could not get one.

I did not like how expensive the food, room service and other items where for what you actually get, it states they have a stake house (cast iron grill) but the menu is exactly the same as the lounge area which do not sell steak the only ‘grilled’ thing that is on the menu was chicken skewers and the price of the food was outrageous!! £10 for a ham and cheese sandwich, we ended up ordering food from just eat and getting it sent to the room. This is the only improvement the hotel needs as well as paying a little closer attention to the cleaning as headboards and pictures where dusty as well as a few splats of urine and hairs in the toilet.

Bar staff a little laid back - had to ask for condiments. The Leisure facilities were a bit tired.
