At first, we staying for just two nights at the hotel and why it need ¥4000 for deposited? Rental price just ¥2100 and really need ¥4000 for deposited? If you don’t trust people, please closed the hotel!! When we stay hotel at Macau for a week, all they requested just $1000 only for a week, really don’t u defray and why your hotel need ¥4000! Second, it ours anniversary trips for us, front office people said already upgraded the hotel room for us. But when we arrived the room, it just the room that we booked only, no any upgrade at all, why your guys said so nice that our hotel upgraded for yours anniversary trip. What? Seriously? At third, at the second night, we were finished dinner early and we decided to go to the pool for swimming, after we warm up and ready to jump in to the pool, the lifeguard said we have to wear the cap before swimming. A cap? Really? We never ever heard that people need to wear a cap for swimming in my life! Even I’m in US six star hotel and around the world, still, never heard that need to wear the cap for swimming, maybe china was special, and we down to earth that didn’t know, in fact, we just think that you guys just want people for swimming and if no one swimming at the pool, then you guys don’t need to clean up the pool and saved money! What a shame!

the first room I was offered was freshly renovated but did not correspond to the description and images on the websites: i.e. it felt much smaller (somebody decided to cut away 1/3 of the room for a long, narrow bathroom ... but the bathroom did not even feature the prominent bath tub that was promised on the websites; the room felt rather small for a longer stay; the room had a rather special seating area with a very low tea table and two very low asian type seats near the window: fancy and good looking, but not very comfortable and useful; there was no desk in the room ... after I asked for a room with a desk, I was offered another room (pre-renovation), that was much bigger, and had the promised well-sized desk and bath-tub; the location is not near to any lively places in town: you will need a +/-10 minute taxi ride to get there

Location is well. 100m to Subway and 10min. to One Avenue. Room is clean and smell good. Personnal is pleasantly. Comfortable everything in.

Location was okay. not exactly great. It was not exactly within the Futian district where my meeting was scheduled, so it wasn't convenient for me as such to get around. The staff was friendly and helped me navigate. I was using the Didi (Uber) app to book.

I should NEVER have booked using Booking.com because despite being a BONVOY club member, there was NO discount offered on f&b or any facilities. The bar was very underwhelming, not exactly 5 star standard. The choice of cocktails was not great as well. The food was okay, although the service staff was nice and friendly. I was offered a complimentary drink, unfortunately, the red wine was quite bad. Also, the room had a strange odour and the amenities could have been better, eg. The bath tub had NO bath salts.
