They upgraded us to a 2-room suite, staff was accommodating, and the apartment was very well equipped. BKF was delicious, but not many choices suitable for Muslims.

The issue that I paid in advance for a taxi from the hotel to the airport and I received multiple confirmations that a mini bus would be waiting for me at 4 am as agreed. However there was no vehicle and hotel staff on duty seemed helpless to resolve the situation. I had quickly used Grab to book two cars for my family and the hotel refunded my payment.

I like everything. The personal was very experienced and I had nothing to worry about anytime. I asked for something they give it to me.

I'd like to weigh the handle everything if I have a problem. They come and resolve it immediately. That is what I like the best.

Money/cash got stolen from our bag, a bad place to be. The staff cannot help. They told us to call the police, which is basically no help at all.

The location is fantastic. Easy walking to malls and the local street markets. Easy to hop on the train. Our room was great.

We enjoyed their breakfast, there was many options! Gym equipment was surprisingly decent as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. location is ok, if walking to platinum mall area. about 15-20 minutes

For the price compared to other hotels, the pictures felt a little deceiving from what we actually got. The hotel overall felt confusing. It felt like half of the hotel was old, and half of the hotel was newer? We werent sure if they were in the middle of renovating. The room itself was decent i guess, but not what we were expecting at all compared to the pics we booked it for. Our room felt pretty "jenky" to be honest, I'm not sure how else to put it. The door, the paint on the walls, the flooring.. it wasnt the worst, but it was al right only. The pool and pool area was incredibly disappointing. We stayed in better quality hotels in bangkok for the same price. This was one of our least favorite stays during our month in thailand

The hotel management is totally incapable of fulfilling their job in my opinion. Outdated hotel, no coordination and they seem to lack responsibility over the product or service they should provide. The pictures don't look like the real situation. Renovation or at least redecoration would be required, but they don't seem to care.. Beside that it's noisy, the breakfast is chaos. We booked for 4 nights, but decided to check-out after 2 nights.
