Some equipment a little old

Very good location - very close to the beach, small shops, restaurants and bars. Nice view from the balcony (side view to the see). The apartment was spacious and reasonably equipped (washing machine, balcony table and chairs). It was also quite clean given the local standards.

The closest beach (Dadonghai beach) was going through renovation and construction during our stay and we were not informed in advance. The neighborhood was a little noisy (particularly if staying at lower floors). Some of the facilities need renovation (washing machine leaking water, shower missing door.

Good, quiet location! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops around.

I think they have one nice apartment to take pictures of, and the rest are uninviting, bleak, sad and not clean enough. It's certainly not the kind of room where you immediately want to kick off your shoes! One of the bedroom AC units was barely working, even on full blast. Check-in took ages considering it's such a small operation with two guys sitting there. They gave me one towel total, and no mention was made of ever cleaning the room. Just because you have some extra apartments, doesn't mean you should open a hotel.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Kitchen was last time cleaned probably when it was built. Horrible. Of course full of cockroaches (we had those in bathroom too). Uncomfortable beds. Host wasn't interested if we were there or not. They couldn't care less. Before our arrival we asked for a place without construction sound, they promised it is quiet area. Every morning at 7-8 am we were woken up by drilling construction sounds. This apartment made our stay as one of our worst holidays in China.

The property proximity is very good. Their staffs are very friendly. I even gave a guy a name call rain 😂😂😂

The apartment is about two blocks from a main city beach yet it is not noisy. The apartment was large and included a washing machine which we used. The apartment's water and AC were good. The apartment was up in the building and had a view of a swimming pool and near by hills. The apartment had large outdoor balcony with a makeshift structure for drying clothes. If you are on a tight budget this would be a good choice. There were ample towels and the bedding and pillows were clean. The apartment smelled good.

The bed surfaces were wood, plywood? The mattress was was little more than blanketing. They were the hardest beds we have had in China in about a year. I slept a bit, my wife had a harder time and complained of bruising in the morning. The kitchen was a bit run down. We called the agent and had some language difficulties but he came and found us after a wait at the McDonalds. We dragged our luggage into his complex and up an elevator. We paid our bill and he took us a block away and across the street to the apartment.

Location is good . Airy and enough big place in this amount .
