Place just stank of waky backy and had druggies standing outside the door

Cleaner than the previous I went to. Had good facilities and security measures

The size of the room.

The location is easy enough to get to local shops and to use public transport.

The lack of staff was an issue as they didn't appear to be on site for the majority of our stay. I believe the sign stated that it wouldn't be staffed between 22:00-11:00. However, we don't recall seeing any staff outside of these times. A result of the lack of staff meant that other 'guests' would bring visitors in who appeared to be taking drugs in the rooms. This could be smelled through three corridors. Described facilities were not supplied; no towels or toiletries were supplied, although this was stated. Unsure if the images used for the booking are dated. However, we did not find it to be accurate on arrival. The additional bed in a duplex room was just a mattress on the floor. We had to ask for an additional quilt and a pillow. The fridges in the rooms hadn't been cleaned properly. Same with the drains in all 3 rooms that were booked. The bathroom door didn't shut in one of the rooms. Not accessible with very narrow stairways and a lack of railings also on the staircase.

The room was big, was like a mini flat.

Looks very run down, most of the furniture had holes or was broken. Got woke up early in the morning to someone blaring loud music.

My room was full of mould. The toilet was leaking I didn’t even sleep there wouldn’t of even let my dog sleep in there needs shutting down.

Comfortable bed

Kettle didn't work. Shower door wouldn't open. Bathroom badly designed i.e access to toilet

It was quiet.

The place needs some maintenance, some nice touch, it's locking abandoned from outside.
