Room as advertised

Price was a bit high for such room in such location.

The property’s location, breakfast.

It was not our first stay, so I thought all will be good as during the previous one. However, there is a venue building next to the hotel and there was some kind of celebration during our stay. I wish I was at least notified on time before our arrival. We chose the hotel bc it’s near to the airport and we landed around 2am, so we needed to rest. And what happened was the guests from the celebration were celebration and in the early morning coming to their rooms which happened to be right next to ours.

Staff was very friendly, they even told me where the closest restaurant was, the location was close to the airport. At the end the expeience was fine. Reccomended to other people who travel for work and who have to flight from JPII airport.

There was a class from a school, they were very loudy and so the restaurant was unavailable the evening I was there, but at the end I can't blame the staff for this problem.

Very nice and helping staff! Option to stay with pets and free parking. The hotel is nice and calm, clean rooms, but not very comfortable to stay as a tourist cause it`s quite far from the old town, rather for overnight and move on. Breakfast was cold, no vegan options (but I should have asked in advance :D)

Broken Wifi ( couldn`t have bene fixed in 2 days (that was the reason we moved out much aerlier). Little place to walk

I liked this hotel. Room was very nice and clean. Receptionist was friendly and nice to me. If i needed anything, she did for me everything. Price for room was good for me. I can to say, i enjoyed my stay at hotel.

I didn't like just location of hotel. Hotel was far from centr of Krakow

A very cute hotel, clean and friendly staff. Nice outdoor facilities, easy parking.

The breakfast was a little sparse, even by European standards.
