For the price all good

The location is excellent. Just walking distance from the Azaiba bus station and very close to the airport. It is located next to the footbridge over the main road, so easy acces by bus from both directions. Clean, nice, hot water, good restaurants nearby and a big supermarket as well. If you want to go to Corniche area, than it is very far.

no towels, dirty linen with black hairs on it, we were waiting for 30 minutes that someone would change bed linen ( it was night and we were so sleepy) , also there were 2 cockroaches in our room the come under the door

The Indian receptionist(the one in pink yshirts) is terrible. Plus there were bedbug at another room(room 86, I now have bites and they changed the bedsheets) I was forced to moved to. The terrible thing happened when I came back from morning sightseeing(at day 2)so tired was gonna take a nap, and then the indian receptionist guy just called me and ordered me to move to single room saying that they had the apartment rented to another ppl. I was so mad at the fact that they didn't told me in advance about this. Or they were not even kind enough to let me know a day or a few hours earlier. They literally just asked me to leave in 15 minutes(without giving me any incentive) by phone call because they had to clean it for another guest. This is nonsense. And he even threathened me that if I'm not moving right now, they'll charge the double price for the apartment.(but I already had paid for more nights!) He was just a manipulator that makes me responsible for their fault. Apparently they have their apartments rented to ppl splitedly. And they also sell their apartments that some of the tourists are already staying and scheduled to stay in. It may make business sense. Cool. But the problem is they know nothing about customer service when they need to ask something uncomfortable to the tourist who is already staying and scheduled yo stay in their hotel and having his own tour and bio plans to move another room.

Im Mafas, I was travelling from South sharqiyah to muscat whenever i have day off. so i usually find the hotel for 1 day. when i booked savoy i really like the place and convinient to travel any places in muscat from here. because the location is near by to all the needy. value for the money and friendly and helpful staffs.
