Horrible experience. Pics didnt match with the actual property. Actual rooms are very shabby & depressing. Hotel check in time is 12pm but hot water is available only till 10am, and then again at 7pm. So guests checking in have to use cold water to freshen up. Reception area, stairways, lobby washroom everything is very dirty, we didnt see any cleaning staff. Nobody bothered to clean our room or bathroom also, or change bedsheet etc. Very shabby bedspreads and pillow covers. No room view, no balcony. In the name of buffet breakfast there was only idly every morning. There was a big menu card in the room, but no food was available for lunch or dinner, there was no staff in their so called restaurant. We had to Swiggy food every day. Only 3 people seemed to manage the entire hotel, same guy in reception, kitchen and room service. They tried their best to help, but looks like the property owners are not interested to give good service since they are anyway earning money

Everything was worst.the management was very lier.
We travelled 700 kms with family, after booking room and paying 25 % amount but when we reach they surprised by saying room occupied and it was overbooked. Behaviour of receptionist is rude.

I recently stayed at the FabHotel Sholas Ooty and I have to say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in a long time. Firstly, the staff response was extremely poor. I had to repeatedly follow up with the front desk for my room service requests and they took forever to respond. The room service was not up to the mark either and I was extremely disappointed with the overall service quality.
Secondly, the room was in a terrible state. It was untidy and had a strong bad odor that I found extremely unpleasant. The bathroom was even worse with a door that wouldn't close properly. The room was not clean and the bathroom was not hygienic. I was horrified to see the state of the room and bathroom and I did not feel comfortable staying there.
Lastly, the hot water in my room was only available late in the morning and it was not consistent. This was extremely inconvenient as I had to get ready in the morning and had to take cold showers. This was not what I was promised and I was extremely disappointed with the experience.
In conclusion, I would not recommend the FabHotel Sholas Ooty to anyone. The staff response was poor, the room was untidy and stinky and the hot water was late. I was extremely disappointed with my stay and I would not be returning to this hotel in the future.
