Food topup during breakfast is very slow.

Rooms are small in size. Location is good. Services are not ok

As there is no restaurant facility except in the morning, occupant needs to go out for lunch or dinner. There is no room service even for coffee or tea.

Breakfast is served on the premises between 08:30 am and 10:00 am. (May be late by a few minutes; but not a moment earlier. Many customers staying on our dates found this timing inconvenient). Further, remember, unless you are among the first few, you will find the items – with already little options to select – ‘finished’ and will have to wait long for the replenishment or may have to opt for available ones.

Location is extremely difficult to find. Room costly. If you send query using booking.com message service, you will not get any response! The contact phone number given in the booking.com reservation confirmation (+91 9047553388), you will find the number not working/ not accessible. At railway station/ bus stand we found no one with any idea of where Westbury Road is. (If property gives the address in the booking confirmation as - from Ooty Bus stand/ railway station - via Mysore road and Hill Bunk with Landmark as JSS bus stop, it will be a lot better for first-time customers, especially using public transport.) There is bus connectivity from the stop opposite railway station to JSS stop, which we found out rather late. In the larger interest of intending customers, we put following points which may help in choosing or avoiding this property: • Opening and closing hours of the property: 06:00 am & 10:00 pm • You need not spend money on drinking water. You will get enough of Bisleri water. • Tea/coffee making facility is available. But, no spoon to mix milk powder, coffee powder, and sugar with boiling water. (Perhaps, the property thinks, for mixing these items with boiling water, no spoon is required.) If your finger is hot-proof, you can use it as a spoon. Else, find some other innovative way! • You have to sit on bed even for sipping coffee/tea. There is only one chair. • No eateries in the premises; nor any good ones nearby. • You can hardly keep clothes in order. Just two hangers (in double-room) with a storage space, length of which is not enough to hang even shirts (leave aside trousers) • Very uncomfortable bed; we got back-ache. • The tiles on room-floor and bathroom are slippery. If on barefoot and sole is wet, very likely to slip and fall. • There is a warning against washing clothes. So, bring enough number of garments (including inner ones)! • No more space here to write.

No room service at all , even for a cup of coffee we need to go out and at times Swiggy and zomato says the area is not serviceable, no person was available at night for emergency, when we tried to go to hospital at 3 am , doors was closed ,no person available.

hotel staff are not supportive on day 1 and when I said that will give bad reviews then they started to talk nicely which is not expected from them . They should be supportive and take responsibility which not the case

Stay was pleasant as the name shown; complementary Breakfast good with quantity and taste.

Cons was a little bit far from the Ooty bus stand. Toiletries were not good enough though you can't expect perfect everything; overall good for stay.

South indian breakfast was good. Room was clean and spacious.

Hot water was not available round the clock.

Location is somehow fine

Not maintained properly. One staff handling everything. Dirty linens, torn towels. Broken bathrooms, broken TV. Don't fall for the breakfast. It's not at all good. What ever you ask in this hotel they will say they don't have it . This property has potential to be a very nice hotel but don't know what's wrong with the management.
