Totally rip off if you make the mistake of eating anything from the minibar. $5 for chocolate. Disgusting!

Hôtel has quality restaurant, pricey but good food. The night/lounge bar onsite at weekends gets packed. Very convenient for the enthusiast.

There's no fitness center.

Classy restaurant and bars. Located well at the center of Lubumbashi but away from major traffic and noise.

It would seem the hotel is more focused on its restaurant business than improving the guest experience in the rooms. Poor internet connectivity and overpriced drinks and snacks.

Early Departure. No provision for packed breakfast.

It's an old property but the owners take care of it. Nice details in the room such as multiple plug units, bedside carpets and good mini bar.

Breakfast..............the same items everyday? No variety and not much choice?

There was dust in the room where I stayed, on top of the furniture in the room. I also ran out of bath foam, lotion and hand soap and there was no automatic replenishment until I asked for them. Bedside lamps.....not working. Safe in the cupboard........... not working

The best option in town for quality/price. Excellent location, food super, good service, clean rooms, western management and African kindness of the personnel.
