I flew in my leadership team into Colorado for a short meeting and we chose this place as our destination. This place is spacious and beautiful.

Our family had an incredible time at this home. It was clean and spacious. Alex was quick to respond and was super helpful! There’s enough room to get together in groups or find space to be alone.

We had a fabulous time staying at this place. It was a short walk to catch the train for a trip to Coors Field. There was ample parking for guests that drove in. The outdoor area was also great.

We had fun with our friends. Very nice decor and ambience!!

Excellent property for a large meeting. Large kitchen was great for cooking and prepping meals for our group. Owner was very responsive via text when we needed things.

We stayed here for my Bachelor party and Alex was an amazing host. He was super helpful and upfront about the rules and restrictions. He was always available via text if I had any quick questions and he was very responsive. The Sanctuary, because its more than a house, was amazing, better than the pictures. The place is massive and in a great location to get around to town or just stay and hang at the church. I had about 16 guys out and the only thing I would have brought was a few more blankets. Everything else was beyond my expectations. I will definitely find an excuse to rent this place again.

Took six couples to this spot who have never travelled together. Risky, I know, but the place was perfect for it. Lots of space to sit and relax, our own well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms (nobody sleeping in a kids bed,etc) Can't recommend highly enough how great the spot and host were. We asked for help with a few items (limo, chef, closest liquor store, etc) and the host was all over it. The place was full of character and it showed the amount of love and investment that was made.

We really enjoyed our quick stay. The host was very responsive and did a fantastic job at accommodating our requests. Such a cool place in a great city! All the rooms were great and overall stay was perfect.

We had a company work event here with about 12 people and it worked out great. Super cool spot with a lot of personality! The projector in the main area was very convent to teach on and the technology top of the line. Our host was great! He promptly helped fix a fire alarm, that was very high up and needed a new battery, in the evening. I wanted to serve doughnuts in the basement (a church memory as a kid) so I went and got voodoo doughnuts which is close. We actually ate them upstairs but they were delightful. Along with Illegal Petes catering, which is also close to the location, we had a successful event. Thank you for the hospitality.

This place is a literal treasure! Owner was beyond responsive and accommodating. Can't recommend it enough!

Plenty of space, great projector TV to watch movies, quiet area

Not only was the property out of this world cool, but Alex also made sure our stay was amazing. My company held a four-day class at this property with 20+ people and it was perfect. Some of us stayed in the six bedrooms while the others came for the class during the day. It's a great location for an event of just about any kind. Thanks again, Alex! This renovated church is incredible! Tech savvy, modern, lots of space, the photos don't do it justice! Close to RiNo (the art, food, trendy district of Denver). The owner is great to work with and extremely responsive! Great for groups, who want to lay low or go out and enjoy the city. This is the only property you should book with a group of 10 or more.

Me and some friends rented this house out and it was even better then we expected! Amazing sound system, great sleeping arrangements and a really nice back yard to relax and enjoy the fireplace!! Cant wait to come back for another stay! Alex was a amazing host aswell! 5 star service forsure
