The hotel was clean ,Mr.reda was welcoming and helpful,the location is good ,the beach was rocky in the front but when u go deeper it is sandy so you need shoes ,the pools were very big ,the night shows were good ,but one of the fire show was repeated twice during our our stay ,the food sometimes was good but the quality is not that good and there was lack of variety.the room was excellent.

The small pool need to be more clean ,the food need travel some variety and to take care of the taste

It should be rated for more than 100/10 really its my second home ❤️❤️❤️ i used to come since 2018 and i never choose different place to stay in my vacation since before marriage 😂 and also i got married its my second time to come here with my hasband and son 😍 i really thank u all for being such an amazing place i always feel at home special thanks to Mr Haitham for his nice , kind and sweet help and Chef Abdelqader ( my son's best friend ) and HK Abdelrahman Ali Ahmed he is extremely helpful and caring really u all made my vacation in its best vibe i would ever imagined ❤️❤️❤️ its the visit no 6 for us and we ll never stop counting for the coming up years many thanks guys for everything Mrs Mona Gamal El-Din

The rooms we stayed in were new, modern finish and with nice view of the resort and the sea. The pools were OK. The staff on the pool were nice.

The service didn't meet the expectations. They seem to have an issue with uber and wouldn't allow them to come in promptly, we suffered every day. It was pretty inconvenient as we had a baby. The food was the very best definition of the word horrible. Looks nice but tastless. I'm glad we stuck to just the breakfast option as we had dinner as well once at the main restaurant and the food quality wasn't better than breakfast, very disappointed.

The food was decent out of 7 meals 6 were good and 1 was okay The receptionist aya was very welcoming and helpful Our room view was great The place is large and comfortable

The beach .. had way too much rocks and stones And you need to walk 15 mins to reach a good height in the sea

We arrived to a very helpful reception team who also upgraded our room without asking for free, it was a lovely spacious room well stocked and a great view from the balcony, the staff were all very helpful especially the entertainment team. the cleaners were great also. i could not fault the place the only downer was the onsite taxi service we took this for a two mile trip up the road and got charged 300 this should be about 50. but we realized this afterwards.

the snack bar near the beach i felt the food was quite poor compared to the main bar, i know it is only for snacking but not much tasted nice or fresh,

The hotel's overall quality was quite excellent, also ask for John Besmark to set up all details for your stay! Really professional service

I hope they could build more aquas in the future ... What I don't like either there the foreigners they had in the hotel, they definitely lack moral and some of them were indelicate, but it is not the hotel fault , it depends on how someone was raised up

the room was so cleaned but the furniture was a little bit old, our view was super amazing as we could wake up everyday while we have pool and sea view, the snacks and beverages were available all the time at the whole restaurants of the hotel. Thanks to Mr. Rady for giving us such a very beautiful room with Gaccuzi however we didn’t reserve this amazing room

mosquitoes were horrible, the quality of receiver of TV was so bad, Room service was so unprofessional as I got my request done after 2 or 3 hours

Wonderful welcome from Mahmoud who gave us an upgrade to one of their large new modern bedrooms with a basket of fruit thrown in! Very smooth early check in. Sabine, the guest relations person, was very helpful and friendly. Loved the gardens, aquagym in heated pool (27 degrees), stretching and yoga on the grass (with mats) under lovely palm-trees. Nice variety of food, beautifully presented.

The peanut bar and shams could do with an upgrade. Pillows a bit too thick and would have liked some real butter for breakfast.

Rooms are very old, need to be refresh beds are not confortable, I get back pain after one night.

Wonderful place, very cosy and clean. we felt like home. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Food at the restaurant is very good, every day presenting different cuisines. Pools are great. Animation team is working hard, plenty of kid’s and sport activities. We really enjoyed our stay!

only one moment - the entrance path is very narrow, one way road. Because of that sometimes you have to wait for a taxi or shuttle longer than usual

The food quality and variety is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The gardens and greenery is beautiful. Special thanks to Mr Reda in the reception and chef Abdel Kader and chef Mohamed who were excellent. Overall, the hospitality is amazing.

There is no wifi in the rooms. Wifi inside the hotel is not good.
