First is the location. right next to Jain temple Second is the view from the room.... You get city view and Jain temple. Can see sunrise right from your bed... and it was truly magical Third is the extremely helpful and hospitable staff

best shower we had in India. bed, in comparison to other places, also good. the manager is a good man, very kind and helpful. we did the night in the desert with them, and Guru, the driver/cook was awesome, made us amazing food.

they were sold out and we wanted one more night, hahaha

It was very pleasant and comfortable stay in mud mirror. The view of the fort & City from the room was mesmerising. Hospitality of the staff members was commendable. Rooms are pretty clean,well maintained and spacious..it's exactly same as in the pictures... Rooftop has spectacular view of jaisalmer city...food was really good...we enjoyed our stay here...Surya,Lala bhai and cook are just a call away for any kind of assistance. We highly appreciate their every bit of efforts to make sure we had comfortable & Safe stay . A must stay for everyone who wants to gain experience inside a living fort.

We fall in love this place. we stayed 3 nignts with wonderful time in the fort. This is very nice and unique guesthouse. The rooms are very cosy with the great view from the top. The rooftop is the restaurant which is perfect for both sunrise and sun set or skybar. Great location with excellent service from the owner and the staffs.

Stay was exceptionally good. They give a very warm feeling. We felt as if we are in our home only.... Rooms are very clean and cozy.

The most amazing thing about the place was that it was located within the fort! And the staff were super friendly, served a great breakfast and did everything to make our stay comfortable. They even went out of their way to take my mother up to the hotel on their bike. The rooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable bedding andgreat views of the Golden fort even from the bathroom!Over all it had super cozy vibes!

We loved everything. However, elderly visitors and those with mobility issues may find it challenging as there’s a bit of walking involved to get in and out of the hotel/ fort area. They also need to ensure they book a downstairs room.

The staff are amazing and were very accommodating for when I had a broken foot. They assisted with booking a tour and were always friendly in general. The food is nice. The room has AC and a fan, it has a balcony and a nice bathroom too. I loved staying here and was sad to leave. There's a rooftop restaurant with lovely food. Location is perfect inside the Fort. It pretty much couldn't get any better.

The food at the restaurant isn't the cheapest but it's not too bad. That's the only minor complaint I could think of.

Excellent location inside the Golden Fort. Beside the Jain temple and the market area. Beautiful views from the window of the city of Jaisalmer. Very courteous host and wonderful service and very tasty food.

This was our second stay here. the place is inside the fort, so one gets good view of the city. one can explore the fort at night at leisure. as usual, great hospitality and warmth of staff.

- Location in Jaisalmer is the best you can get, views from rooftop terrace and rooms - Lovely interior design gives an authentic feel - Very kind and helpful staff - shout-out to Lala and his team - they offer a camel safari with night in desert off the beaten path, which was an outstanding experience, good value for price and most importantly, camels were treated well - very flexible in arrangement of rooms, food, drinks, activities

- Biriyani was of good taste, but resembled more a Paella type of dish

Mud Mirror was absolutely equisite. I was only meant to stay the one night and ended up staying 3, which says a lot. The owner was so lovely, very kind and so welcoming. He made sure your every need was met and ensured you had the best stay possible. I stayed in the deluxe room and the view and room itself were amazing, can't really put into a review how nice it was. Views on to the fort walls and surrounding city of Jaisalmer were incredible, even the view from the toilet!! The food was lovely, very quick service and was really tasty with a rooftop seating area which had insane views out on to the temples in the fort and surrounding city. I went on day 3 on a desert safari trip which the owner sorted out, I simply just turned up at the meeting point. It was such a great evening and felt like a proper desert experience, not too touristy. I'd like to thank La La and the gang for having me and making my trip to Jaisalmer one that I won't forget! Couldn't recommend this place more.

The bathroom doorway was a little small for a 6'5 bloke and hit my head twice but apart from that I couldn't fault this at all, hence the 10/10!

The staff and people in Jaisalmer are very friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay at mud mirror. The rooftop seating with the cool breeze is the best place in the property.

The view from room and rooftop restaurant, simply breathtaking. It’s located inside Jaisalmer Fort complex and the experience of living inside fort is priceless. The foods from their restaurants were so good that we did not eat anywhere else during our stay. The room we took was very spacious and they offer rooms in multiple price ranges.
