my friends and i all got the same size room, same facility and everything. 2 ended up being bigger and my partner and i got the smallest. the floor was dirty, our mini fridge didn’t work, the lights flickered and the bathroom was dusty, one of the toilets wasn’t working which left only 1 toilet, the shower and the toilet door weren’t shutting or locking properly and the bathroom to the actual bathroom didn’t lock which for females can get uncomfortable.

No bathroom inside the room. You have to walk out to go to the bathroom and it's shared.

Clean and tidy. Good chicken snitty too.

Shared bathroom

Beautiful place with cozy room, has a bar and gaming lounge downstairs which had the best staff there, shops and supermarket just a 2 minute walk away.

Clean sheets

One communal bathroom shared between 12 rooms. The booking details didn't state a communal bathroom. Shared the bedroom with cock roaches. Choice of food in the restaurant was diabolical. The cook would cook only fish and chips, pizza chips, because she had to go somewhere.

The room was very clean and very quiet so we were able to relax in the room for the night and the beds were very comfortable and was able to get a good night sleep

There was a stain on the carpet near the double bed and the powder board didn’t work properly

There was nothing to like about the place.

The accommodation was booked for 3 Adults and 1 child. When contacted through phone the hotel confirmed that we will be provided 1 Queen bed, 1 single bed and 1 pull out bed. But we were only given 1 Queen bed and 1 single bed in a very small room. We did not have bed for one of us. When contacted, the hotel staff did not help. Also there were several cockroaches in the room. When we discussed the same the hotel did not offer any help. It was too late at night and we could not figure any alternative accommodation. Also the hotel has shared bathroom facilities. The condition of these bathrooms was very poor. Additional review after hotel's response. I am writing this after the hotel staff responded to my review above. 1. The bathroom hygiene issue has been there for years now. If you go through all the reviews on this very website, you will see how countless people have complained about it. 2. The cockroach infestation have been there for years too. Again if you go through all the reviews on this very website, you will see multiple complaints. 3. Also, the hotel multiple hotel staff went back and forth and refunding but finally did not refund. It is not so much about the amount that was paid, it was about the sub par service and how blatant they are in ignoring complaints and continuing the run the business.
