It’s situated in the heart of Dubbo and close to the main street with restaurants and cafes just minutes away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was spacious and clean, had everything we needed.

Car park was really good.

There was a bit of a problem with the air conditioner we could not get it to go any higher than 21dec. Which is a bit cool in the winter months. The bed was very cold not enough bed linen for winter time.

Location is great, kitchen is wonderful with everything you need. private laundry is great.

fixtures, tiles, carpet, lamps and curtained all are a tad over used and should be updated and or fixed.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. The main bedroom has an ensuite, AC and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom does not have a TV or AC, but both are in the living area. The kitchen is great for cooking your own meals - it includes an oven, microwave, stovetop, fridge and dishwasher. The second/main bathroom has a shower/bath, a washing machine and a dryer. The main shopping street is just around the corner.

The shower couldn't switch over to 'bath mode', two of the bedside lamps weren't operational, we couldn't set the alarm clock (my dad is old school) and the couches could have used some cushions for comfort.

it was very clean and comfortable. it had everything we needed.

Great value for money, comfortable bed and location is on main street so cafes, restaurants, pubs are walking distance. Receptionist was friendly too she even called the room after we checked to ensure we were happy with everything.
